Win Panel For Losing Team (Top 3 Losers!)

I play on this server here and there, and really enjoy this feature. I would love to see it added, but just tossing this idea out for others to comment on.

For those who don't know it, after you lose a round, it shows the top 3 of the losing team.

I just think it is a pretty neat feature, and I suck, so I never win, and would love to see the top 3 on my losing team, so we know who sucks more! I know some of you have been there, having a fantasic game and just owing everyone....just to lose the game and not get MVP or people to see how you do (also great for comparing and friendly rivalries!!!)

I am sure there are other plugins available that do the same thing, but this is one I found!

That is a cool feature actually. The question would be whether or not Valve disliked it, but it's not game changing, so I can't think they would.

I would like that idea, I could have more evidence to bellow at teammates before making my throat hoarse from screaming at the imbeciles who think a team with 10 Snipers will win a Payload Race.

I love hearing some Japanese person go all out on mic when we lose. Or some Arabic screaming Allah Ackbar when I'm the only one actually pushing the fucking cart and capping it.

This won't be used due to it making a menu pop up.

However I had something like this a while ago which replaced the winners with losers on the panel that TF2 uses by default.

If I can find the source for it in my backups and it still works then I'll add it back.

I do not know my TF2 server owner privleges and whatnot. But what does this have to do with anything (if possible to answer in a small few sentances!)

It would conflict with the vote at the end of the map because they use the same method of displaying.

Good news! The code still works (mostly). Will be added to East Coast server box and the UK server box for testing shortly. Then if all goes well to all servers.

Certain things don't show up right, will have to work on it some more.

Yeah, I hate getting a lot of points and no notoriety just because my team lost. This looks awesome

And it might shut up those guys that are like, "This team sucks," when they are losing when it turns out they just suck (usually the case).

Also helps to make a few people STFU when they go on and on about being the Ace in the Team.

A lot of other servers, I think Skial uses the "pro" loser thing, and so does some of the randomizer servers I play. It's quite cool
