What useful features that don't give you an unfair advantage over users that could possibly be considering a cheat?

You're not supposed to. You get a bar, and if you're color blind, there's an option in the advanced menu.

If its for the enemy team, only Spies and Solemn Vow users are allowed this.

, and this means that you are going to have to use a custom HUD in order to see this.

I don't like downloading more crap on my PC than it already has. Plus with the breaking of the mods and how Valve is currently treating users, fuck that.

This is especially useful as a medic as it allows you to see when the players that you are healing are fully overhealed. It also removes the useless clutter like the small picture of the class you are playing – I doubt that you’d forget which class you were playing halfway through a life.

That's the bread and butter of TF2, if I wanted something so pathetically tiny and just a full view of blur, I could go play TFC or COD.

Figuring out who's over healed isn't hard at all and should never be a priority, I spend more time sticking needles in than worrying about that, unless you're down right stupid and incompetent, you'll keep your entire teammates in good health while attempting to preserve your own hide.

i prefere the normal HUD but tbh when i hit TAB it dont show all the info - the ping for example is cut off and is annoying but i like the layout as is

I had to re-download steam and all my games recently so I'll try the oxide hud first, but I did enjoy the Gam3rn. I'll let you all know what I think after playing both of them (assuming anyone cares).
