So yesterday I was playing with some friends in a lotus server, it was uk I don't remember which. I went to play on a lotus server today and I was prompted with a note that I was banned, so I came over here and searched my name, and there I was.

I checked the details of my ban and saw that I (along with a few of my friends) had been banned for "trolling and disruption to the game". I checked the specifics of my own ban and saw I was banned for "Votekick/ban abuse, Mic spam, Text spam, Donor bashing"Now I'll address these one at a time.

With "votekick/ban abuse", I never once proposed a ban for anyone at all, and I'm fairly sure I voted no on all of the votes when they popped onto my screen. I was muted later in the night for micspamming (I'll get to that in a minute), but I didn't leave and re-enter or anything like that, I just continued playing as normal.

A bit off topic, but "They had no intention in actually playing and only tried to damage us, so invoking their rights to join our servers is the right thing to do." is false. I was playing the entire time, I switched between sniper, soldier, pyro, demo, scout, and maybe some other classes but I don't remember. I do play on lotus servers every once in a while, I don't "frequent" them persay, but I do play sniper on them quite a bit.

With mic spam, I was "djing", I don't believe I played anything that was intended to annoy, I was just playing music as a joke. I was muted and after that didn't do anything to avoid it, when I left I left because I was tired of playing.

Text spamming- I never once spammed/flooded the chat, I flashed a few of my binds every so often but at no point was I repeatedly posting them in the chat.

I'm not sure what donor bashing is, but I never insulted the donors or the server because of what they did, I may have clicked one of their heads and typed a message like "wow owned omg nub", but nothing that I would ever think of as bashing. I have them added as friends because for the most part we met on tf2r, and it was in no way "planned", a friend invited me in and told me to dj so I did.

I realize you'll likely not accept this because of what the others may have done, but let the record show I joined AFTER the scoutpanning/spy spamming/etc, at around 30000 in the original "victim's" demo.

That's mic spamming. Also, when people said your music was annoying, your replies:

I'll have you know that the "rad pixels" and "list of things I didn't care about" (as well as almost all the other lines of text you quoted) are on my bind rotation, I have a list of things that it picks at random when I hit a key.

Bomb didn't invite me to spam, a friend of mine said we were all hanging out on the server (we usually go in to snipe from balconies), and invited me and asked if I wanted to dj. I don't have "Bomb" on my friends list and have no idea who that even is.

So assuming now makes a fact? Once again I don't know a "bomb" and have not had him on my friends list. I don't see how my fun harms anyone elses, if they don't like me they could have muted me in their client (which most of them probably did) or votemuted me (which they did).

The song is a joke, and it's all in one video and I wasn't intentionally looping, I stopped after it played out. I call it djing and whether or not it's annoying is subjective. Why would I vote to mute myself, and why are all of the other people all of a sudden my buddies because they're friends with my friends? I already stated I know most of them from tf2r, you can check my friends list and see, maybe even check my tf2r profile if you want. I do enjoy playing on lotusclan servers, and I don't see why playing music and using binds is a reason for permanent banning from all servers.

Oh and, saying I don't play on lotusclan servers is false, by your own stats (not sure why, another user id here) it is shown I have around 7 hours logged.

Is that ban permanent? I remember him saying at one point that "I'd dish out temporary bans". I did commit offenses, but I don't see why it was made more severe because other users were also griefing.

If you have control of the logs you could have seen that these were NOT in response to anything. Drawing false conclusions and presenting them like this just makes me doubt the legitimacy of your reply, and you're just pulling things out of the air.

It's probably best for you not to question a staff members decision to keep you and your possy permanently banned... and expecting an apology for being disruptive would certainly give you no ground.

I'm not sure how pointing out incorrections in their replies is making an ass out of myself. Also let's jump to more conclusions and put me in a "possy" now. I'm not sure how I don't deserve an apology after being wrongly accused.

Why would you lock an active topic? I was harshly banned for doing things that would normally get "temp bans", and I'm using this section of the forums for disputing it. Which is, by the way, what the ban dispute section was made for.
