It would be nice to give him a vacation of some sort. Thanks. I share your pain, I truly loathe people who do this. However, as Mike says, votemute/votekick/mute is probs the best thing to do. I doubt this is ban-worthy (well if I was staff maybe I would, but I'm not). EDIT: stop press, looks like I was wrong.
