I would like for Mr. Inglorious Basterd to post some demos or screenshots, anything conclusive that justifies his ban.

That's all I ask for right now.

There was no abuse and Se7en did nothing wrong. It was my fault and I face the consequences.

Yeah, there was a time around December / January where I used a program to see through walls. I got banned and I accepted it.

A few months later I was given a second chance. Since then I can assure anyone, I can bet my whole backpack or whatever that I have not used nor will I use any of those programs.

Which is why I am eager to hear Inglorious' explanation and evidence that support his ban, which I fear was only out of rage.

Thats very nice of you. But even if I stay banned, I'm still interested to see the evidence Inglorious Basterd collected before making that ban. As I said before, I have not touched any of those programs ever since that time I got banned for them.

I kinda knew you were going to argue like that. But even though its completely untrue that I was hacking, I'm sure the whole admin team will side up with you and agree on an unjust ban that you made out of rage when I was killing you.

And ever since like half a year now, I haven't been playing medic, only soldier. I am not "god-like" as soldier, I mostly just waited for you on the sniper balcony or things like that to get a shot at killing you.

You know I'm not hacking, but you are using it as an excuse to get rid of me since I kept killing you in the soldier duels we had.

Even if it sounds silly, but this is exactly like that movie you like so much "Law Abiding Citizen", when an injustice is done and kept that way. You may keep pretending that you think I was hacking, but in reality it's an injustice done to me by you Inglorious because you just had to get vengeance on me. So yeah I guess people prefer vengeance over justice.

I have to say it is sad when a Lotus Member(s)( now ExLotus) hack. This makes 2 in the last 6 months or so? Not sure. But in any case it is sad. I don't know if you were hacking in this instince but you have hacked before.

When you were unbanned you were playing medic, all normal, you even played with me a few times, on one of this occasions I noticed you were using the incoming command even though apparently no one was coming at least I wasn't able to see anything. Then at one time I went spectator and got to watch you a little and sure enough there it was wide and clear as daylight, you were wallhacking again. Right after this I proceeded to delete you from my friends list since I saw how wrong I was about you. After I deleted you from steam friends your switched to soldier and the behavior I stated above. There are some people on that server who might be better than me at soldier LeX, but you are not one of them. The fact that you wait on the balcony gives you little advantage, it's you knowing my exact position on every occasion that gives you the upper hand.

That's a lie. I'm not that stupid to waste a 2nd chance after my a first ban. And you try to convince everyone that now I was using a wallhack while I was with you?

I have been playing soldier ever since december or so, you can ask all Lotus regulars, they will all confirm it. And I sometimes played with you as medic, but as soon as I started playing "against" you, you deleted me from your friendslist out of rage. I have plenty of evidence that you were raging at me, you even sometimes wrote something in the chat, which can be looked up.

You can keep trying to convince everyone, but I am the one with the evidence that you acted out of rage and had no valid justification for that ban.

I just don't understand one thing. If we have a 0 tolerence against hackers why did someone unbanned this guy when he wallhacked?!

If it's like this, then everyone who hacked should get a second chance too, like hazard, and i don't think you guys want hazard again =P

What evidence would that be LeX? That I called you cunt, and then corrected myself and said: sorry, cheating cunt? I stated my reasons above, there is staff and a clan leader here who can unban you if they so see fit. I deleted you from steam friends because I don't want to be associated with cheap cheats and less so with the ones that are proud of what they are doing. If you think I am irresponsible enough that I would ban people out of rage you have to think harder before you write things down. I never have, and never will ban anyone out of hatred/rage/whatever . I have nothing more to add here. It's staff/leader decision.

Well I have evidence that you kicked me several times before the 1st ban because I was healing you. Also this whole case can be cleared up and proven that you abused your administrative powers.

For example: If you "knew" so clearly that I was "hacking" right after the unban, how come you didn't make a demo and ban me for it? Yesterday I was playing with you for over an hour and yet you didn't do anything. If I recall correctly there was even another admin on the same server (bloodyx) and even on my team that could have made a demo or prooven what you are blaming me for. After I killed you several times and left the server, nothing by then. But when I joined the server again and you were still in it, I was able to load but right before it fully loaded I received the "You have been banned" message, which means you banned me right after you saw me joining the server. Why not before? Why not call another admin to go undercover and make a demo of me hacking? Because I didn't hack at all and you used my previous mistake as a perfect excuse to make everyone believe I was hacking again.

The whole thing about playing soldier can be checked in my stats that clearly show that I have been playing soldier for the last months. The claim that you deleted me right after my unban is false. My profile is public and I have plenty of witnesses who can confirm that you deleted me like a month ago right after I started playing against you.

Also you just confirmed that you called me names like "cunt" and such, which is a sign that you were raging at me when we played together. Like a year ago when I was in bad terms with you and tried to heal you, you also called me names like that, yet you didn't say "cheater" or anything because it hadn't happend yet. After name-calling wasn't enough for you to rage at me, you started kicking me.

And now the whole thing again: We play against each other, you rage at me... call me names... etc. Then you come up with a perfect plan to get your sweet vengeance on me. You simply use my regretable mistake from half a year ago when I indeed used a that sort of programs and blame that I'm cheating again.

It was just a matter of time to actually go from name-calling like "cunt" to abuse over your admin rights to bannish me from the server.

I was just given a second chance, it just happend. I considered myself lucky and I wasn't ready to even consider wasting it. Which is what this whole topic is about. The whole hacking was just a mistake that happend half a year ago. And I promised it wouldn't repeat itself, which it hasn't. This is all either a big misunderstanding or an abusive ban led by rage.

He admitted it in his last post when he said he did call me names like "cunt" and such. Also I have plenty of screenshots of him swearing at me and before the whole first ban thing, he also threatend to kick me because I was healing him.

You may all try to defend him, which is only natural because he is your clan-mate, one of your administrators and has donated a looot of money to your servers. So I get it.

Also I just noticed something faulty in Inglorious' story, which I know it's a big lie to frame me:

So first you say I was "hacking" obviously, even while I was with you. It was "clear as daylight" that I was "wallhacking" again, yet you didn't make a demo. And then you say I'm too "smart" with the hacks and that no-one can tell if I hack or not.

See, that's what happens when you tell lies. You contradict yourself and then the truth comes out.

I can't say it enough times. I did not hack or cheat in any way after I was unbanned. I wouldn't dream of wasting a 2nd chance like that. But I'm afraid that no matter how unfair and unjust the situation might be, you will still ignore my facts.

Looked at stats, pretty obvious no one gets good in such a few time. Even if i'm wrong, this guy hacked once and i believe in seven's word.

Ever since an admin was swearing at me and kicking me for healing him, I began to gather evidence because I knew how in gaming communities the admin's word is more valueable than a regular player's word.

And of course you try to fix what you said earlier, now what a coincidence that the exact same day I was on the other team playing against you, you disappeared from my friendslist. All the time before you seemed to enjoy the healing and I supposely was telling who was around the corner?

You didn't make a demo because I was not hacking at all, you are just using it as an excuse to get rid of me because I kept playing against you. And I'm pretty sure you are going to succeed even though it's not true. Sadly that's what happens a lot. People get framed and because someone's "word" is valued more than evidence, it stays that way.

About my stats, I started playing soldier since months ago. They are normal stats and I have been playing this game for a long time.
