Do you have any altered ConVars or unusual settings enabled? Also, just a weird guess, I'm probably 100% wrong, but whatever you're using for MicSpam (obviously displayed in your console screenshot) may have had something to do with it. I know on most Lotus servers things like that are outright prevented, not sure about Mana's Trade Server Though, it might be handled differently. Especially not with cheats bad enough to get caught by SMAC. I have not, nor have I ever used any cheats in TF2. I don't micspam either. I don't even use the mic normally. I do get a lot of sound errors when playing TF2 though... As for weird convars, probably, I disabled pretty much every graphics option ever because my computer sucks. Edit: Theory: I played for hours without a ban or anythin', until I pulled out the Huo Long Heatmaker and repeatedly dropped in and killed a group of people; so maybe the new Heavy minigun confuses the fuck out of the anticheat, since TF2 doesn't make any distinction between kills with it's fire and with it's bullets, it thinks I'm magically turning around all the time and killing everyone.
