Ban Request - The Usual Suspect [Mad] Kimbo

So, once again, him.

Alas, my demo screwed up, but i can name Se7en and Balls as people that have seen it, and i guess also Mister J.

He's been cursing and insulting people all the time, and although there were several attempt to calm him, from "please, mate, be quiet", up to "oh, shut the fuck up, its enough", he didn't stop.

The fact that he is insulting people in french probably doesn't help on votebans, as a lot of people seem to ask themselves why there was a ban requst for him.

Some "nice" quotes from the last game on 2Fort, just 10 mins ago.

* "Suck your mother's dick, shithead." (after being told "How about you keep it down?")

* "I'm going to rape you and your entire family."

* "You're just a fat, lucky faggot." (after getting killed)

This also includes initiating votebans against other players without a reason (neither having, nor stating one).

I really don't want to have this guy around. And it's not a first, so i'd ask for a ban, for at least a month. Maybe that will cool him down.

I agree, I have to say that I already got complaitns from balls about Kimbos behaviour on friday, and from Fred yesterday.

He hasn't changed in any way, seems he makes fun about lotus admin deccisions. I don't want to take things with KIMBO to serious,

but if there are 3 ppl complaining about his non-changed behaviour, maybe there is something wrong with this guy.

I will check if I still have the demo up I made on friday about him, he sweared alot at ppl who killed him (I know, swearing is allowed in general, but somewhere need to be a line)

I was against the original unban in the thread posted above, i still don't know why we unbanned through all that BS with zoidberg posing as him in the forums and shit... i say just ban him and be done with the bull, why keep wasting your own, and everyone else's time, to keep having to report him here, and go through the same tedious discussion... obviously he's a douche, you've given him chances to stop being a douche, and as I said in the last thread, he only wanted that chance to go another month with getting away with the same bullshit. He didn't change his attitude, and he never planned on it, he's just taking you guys for a ride, time after time... let's just be done with it this time, instead of having this same conversation in X number of months

I can also confirm that Kimbo was being quite abusive on the x33 UK 2Fort server at around 4:30 - 5:00pm, He was with a clan member who also had the [mad] tag or something, swearing and spamming in chat.

There was also a Lotus recruit on the server at the same as me who told him to calm down or he will be banned again, but can't remember which member it was. But he didn't take the advice on board until a voteban got put against him, to which he disconnected.

Kimbo was given a choice about a month ago, early unbanning with a zero tolerance for any poor behavior and no option to appeal, or to wait til his ban expired. He chose early unbanning.

He may not have followed through on his commitment, but I'm happy to follow through on mine.

Perm ban. No chance of ever being unbanned, no matter how much time has passed.
