Thats why you must chose ur maps carefuly Btw its very good to use it with a raider and mass muskets when the oponent Base is near a forest and his units are also near.

you mean only one raider does not get reduction? If you have many warriors that does not work? I dont know about this ability, i never used it. That was just copy/paste.

And my really working serpent-tactic: make 40 geishas with dark pact and budo! make them all in one group. and then make with budo slapslapslap pressing b b b and you will see a real nirvana! the battle is over

All of the raiders in the group dont get reduction. I aways play with 3-4 raiders and they all have full range.

Serpent is my fav clan, I play with it the best and i love their cannoners and necromancer, If you want some tactics try these:

A Tactic i call "The master sword and crossbow + Necromancer tactic" and it goes something like this: Start by bulding many swordman and fast, also build crossbowmen (make sure you have more swordmen then crossbowmen), try as quick as possible to build the thieves guild and then make swordmen the steal ability and crossbowmen the weak bolt thingy. Now it gets kind of risky it matters who are you playing aginst the army now in your town can easyly block any battlegear based force but has a chance of losing (happened to me when got spammed by cannoners with geisha ) if you the first couple of raids you have to quickly do the poison bolt upgrade and the swordemen health and damge upgrade after that get the necro and use hism wisely and when your army is complete you can nearly kill anyone the best thing about this tactic is that making swords and crossbows is quick and cheap

Onother uber useful tactic is not mine, so i have no right to call it anything , This ones much simpler: Just gett a bunch of connoners with smoke bombs and a few geisha on horses with all their upgrades and charge!

well, serpent clan is more on strategy rather than rushing the enemy without thinking. when i use serpent, i have the most kills. level 1 units of serpent is very good like musket and swordsman. actually, good micro will win games when using serpent. it's like attack, then run, position then attack.... just like that. and with the help of necromancer, blood bond, smoke, mug.... , serpent pawnz.

And on WOTW how is it that blood bond pwns ???? pls someone explain me hahahah

Yep BG is the key... but with so many ronins you are pretty weak actually... besides blood bond is retarded... (see my previous post on worst BG for serpent)

I think samurai's will win or tie against ronins because when they die the dragon on their body will get out and makes others suffer from that damage ( only near to the died samurai)

when playing serpent i depend much on musketeers

both of their battlegears are great

snipe scout will always dominate the fight

or

blast shot to quickly destroy buildings no need to bring any raider or bald cannoneer

play also with necromancer and crossbowman+weakness bolts to create lots of zombies

there is no powerful unit it has (tank) and also there is no damage attackers like archers..

all units are moderate..

or just i can't use this clan can u give me some tactics...?

ALL units of the serpent clan are the most reliable group.. if u use them wisely... you can't just measure the strength of the clan with just comparing one unit against another unit...

4 example... you rush me with your spearman,,. samurai,, kabuki or dragon warrior.. expecting that I'm using cannoners and musketeers.. knowing that all ranged warriors are weak against melee... then I can blew of your whole army with just 5seconds using 5 to 10 cannonners with mines and plant it right in front of your warriors.. also use smoke bombs to provide more support to cannoners while planting bombs... then after planting all the mines.. your forces will gone.. or if not all.. then I have the advantage to eliminate all remaining units on your side.
