Butterbean then stepped in and said you spamming POS or something, which is fine, it's still game related. But You then went on to call him names on a personal level. Butterbean is one of the best players this server has in my humble opinion, he works as a team, always friendly, and he is liked all around. For a player to come back and call him a stupid hillbilly is very insulting, and in my books goes under the disruptive reason to kick/ban someone.

I'm thoroughly amused that the word "hillbilly" is apparently more offensive than "f*** you", "POS," and "rape" in Europe.

Stussy, I wasn't there, but it seems like the rest of the server must have had some reason for wanting to pass that vote. Why don't you both just try to be a tiny bit nicer to each other? This really doesn't look like something that needs to be a problem.

Stussy-do you use a 1second auto explode script on your demo man sticky launcher? I may be mistaken, but I think it is you that this has been suspected of on the UK 2Fort servers...I don't think it's disallowed using scripts, but it does wind people up. Apologies if you do not use a script, I'm fairly confident it is you that has been suspected in the past of using one though in the in game chat.

As I said, it's not a kickable offence as far as I know, but it does wind people up. I thought this might help explain some of the "rage".

Legitimate TF2 scripts are an acceptable game tactic - a lot of players use them to give them a bit of an edge, and since it's vanilla - and intended - behavior, there's nothing that can be or will be done about it on our servers

I don't like them...it's an edge too far...although I appreciate that they are permitted providing they don't border on haxxx.

Certain scripts aren't allowed on lotus servers - for example, anything with the wait command won't work.

It is also challenging to play in blu most of the time. Most of time... sometimes sucks to be in red though ^^
