So about three weeks ago I was banned for spamming chat binds, I get it its annoying and it won’t be happening again.

Also Gotcha, the admin that banned me claims that I "was abusing donator powers" and cited the following thread

Ok this bugs me a bit, that instance was a miss kick on my part I was calling an AFK votekick and hit the wrong key to identify the player. Furthermore that is the only instance of me being a so-called "abusive donator". so I dont understand how you think im a abusive donator.

(Perhaps adding a conformation to the voting menu could prevent others from miss-kicking in the future)

Really....what exactly do you want me to say that I haven’t already? I’ve admitted that I was spamming chat binds and have promised to stop, and I have explained what happened when I miskicked another player.

All you said so far is that "you were banned, spamming is bad and it won't happen". Not a single bit of remorse for your actions.

To the other part, would you be so kind to stop bullshitting me and man up already? One must be struck with blindness and dumbness to actually believe that, after another of your spam assaults, and someone telling you to stop it or he'll report you to admins you accidentally kicked that exact same person because you, the spammer, wanted to kick an afk. Really!?

And you even continue to look fault at other people like you have before, telling us that it's badmins that falsly think you're abusing and need to do a better job, or that we need confirmation systems so false kicks don't happen (which never do because people actually read the nicks). This attitude needs to stop. Nobody here is more at fault than you are.

So, once you're ready to try again, give me a pretty good darn reason as to why I should unban someone after being banned already twice for causing shit on our servers. What'll stop you from starting over? And this'll better be good, because after listening to excuses that made even Mana himself unban hackers, who fucked up again, you'll have a hard time convincing me.

I was only making a simple suggestion, I was not trying to imply that the voting system is bad or at fault. Its my fault that I miskicked. Its my fault that pressed the wrong key on my key borad that lead to this whole mess.

Why am I being compared to cheaters and hackers now? I have NEVER used hacks or exploits. Why on earth would I support something that ruins a game that I love to play?

Im not bullshiting you, I have been trying to take responsibly for my actions however you simply say that,

This will be the third time that I have admitted to spamming chat binds. Do you really think that I would go to this much effort to get unbanned and then throw it away by spamming again?

I have called votekicks on afks many times. Unfortunately I misskicked the same individual that complained about my spamming, I know it is an unlikely coincidence but it is the truth. Furthermore if I wanted to take the easy way out why wouldn’t I simply say that "yes I called a vote kick to get rid of someone" then go on saying what I’ve learned, why it was wrong, and why I the ban was needed.
