As for your question: we don't change it to 4 and 5, as it wouldn't be vanilla anymore, and with Valve breaking enough stuff with every update, we try to keep our servers as "clean" as possible. This also applies to the often asked question "WTF 20 sec respawn time?".

Thats just novalia. He gets pissed at everyone who complains about something in tf2. Like someone said that we shouldn't have 5 spies on our team, and Novalia, playing spy, attempted to start a vote (hes not a donor so he just does the !votekick for the first of five votes). This happens a lot with him. No one ever votes to initiate it because they know its bullshit. If he ever became a donor I bet there would be people in here daily reporting him for abuse. Just take everything he says for a grain of salt... That's all I do....
