Well the fact that its release is being delayed because Valve is working with the maker to have a community update to go along with the release of the video, hes getting something better than a reward in the Saxxys xD

Yeah here's the link he has in the description of the movie. Its fricken tight. You can definitely tell that Valve pays attention to the major community items.
