Precise Date, Time (2/17/14, 7:40 PM EST) and Location (Badwater 24/7 x33)

I was playing TF2 when this guy came in and started mic spamming and getting all these achievments which crashed the server.

He was already banned by Afro on an old account, this is an alt.

I've banned this one (STEAM_0:1:83322676) and another known alt (STEAM_0:1:52305837) but he crashed the server so he doesn't show in the IP database. That's all I can do for now unfortunately.
