As it isn't the biggest evidence I carry with, he might have some other illegal programs which can ruin the fun on the server. Evidence: http://imgur.com/matiQBK You can as well see in the chat that recon 1491 says he didn't changed his name which makes it even more obvious that is was a name changer program.
