Opinions on Skial?

I've heard Skial is bad. I hear if you're even a friendly hoovy, you'll get kicked/banned.

 

Still, though, I wanna hear your opinions on skial.

I have never had issues with Skial. I even use to donate to them for awhile because they continued stats while Lotus stopped stats. This was all before I joined but it use to be my go to server.

Skial is great, never had a problem with the community, I've seen many super skilled players playing there.

 

Also.. you can't judge just because you heard things, you should play there and see for yourself. I also had a bad impression about Skial but now I've been playing there quite a lot and can't complain, great community.

Never had anything bad. Never was a fan of the big text they have on the screen though.

 

Some of their servers attract some fairly skilled regulars.

Multiple issues-

1. Forces open a MOTD on every round-end. (Pinion ads ahoy!)
2. Using cl_disablehtmlmotd makes you first in line to be kicked for reserved slots.
3. Constant text on the screen w/ the logo.

But other than that, meh.

Anyway, on my first unban request, I was banned for lmaobox spam (this was before I got lmaobox). My banning admin said "Expect to be treated like a hacker if we call you one". So let's just pretend i'm a normal Lotus user. Okay? I don't wanna see "you're a hacker" in every thread, or post I make.

I ain't fussed about if it's advertisement or not, he's taking the piss...we banned him for multiple instances of hacking, then he asks us about another rival community and if people get banned there...I'm tempted to pass on his details to Skial so they can block him too.

You're a hacker, show zero remorse for it and then ask to be treated like our regular users, many of which pay towards the upkeep of our servers...which kind of makes you look delusional too. Just so we're clear.
