fever 9,884 #1 Posted April 7, 2015 This is just a reminder to people who joined us to play DotA that we are first and foremost a Team Fortress 2 clan. Whilst we love playing/raging in DotA if you're looking for something a little different then you could do a lot worse than install TF2 and come along for a few frags on one of our servers in Europe or the US. We have dozens and dozens of servers to choose from, different play modes (capture the flag/intelligence, 1 versus 1, payload) and regularly we organise clan get togethers to play other modes such as MvM (fighting waves of robots as a team), Dodgeball (like the US sport of Dodgeball but with rockets and flamethrowers), jump maps and prop hunt to name but a few. We've been doing this for ten years now and are going from strength to strength. We also have several practices each week (wednesday evening in europe, saturday evening in the US and sunday evening in europe) which are social frag marathons where we get together for the lols So if you're wondering where the majority of our 80 or so members are...why not take a DotA break, do a quick install and come and smash some rockets into a friends face Server list: http://stats.lotusclan.com/hlstats.php Just a few things I forgot to mention... Team Fortress 2 is free (you probably already know this) We have additional benefits on our servers for people who generously decide to become donors for just a few dollars/pounds/euros/sheckels a month (you probably didn't know this). These are not "pay to win" benefits, they're much more useful than that.
