Why are most of our servers Gunmetle now?

Is this a temporary change because out of about 20 servers I have saved for Lotus only like 3 of them are normal servers.  Chicago Dustbowl #2 was one of those servers which is one of the most popular US servers?  There have already been at least 2 complaints about it just for Chicago #2, the original inquiry/complaint coming to Dongles.  I can see changing the less popular servers for mettle updates but Dustbowl# 2 is full most of the time in the afternoon/nights.

I was thinking the same thing. IMO I don't mind if this is a day or two test. But having it done on weekend kinda sucks when I assume most people get the chance to play. Maybe at the end of this have the usually empty servers changed to Gun Mettle rotations? That is if they have decent enough populations.

I would understand if the contracts worked on our servers. Seems like this is only to cash in on the Gun Mettle hype train and will be temporary, although I do love the Borneo and Powerhouse maps.

I agree with previous comments that the less popular servers could be changed. But the popular ones maybe should've been left.

When there is a new thing released by volvo Mana normally switches a big bunch of servers over temporarily.  He'll probably do it next time as well.
