Mr Tumnus 1 #1 Posted May 11, 2006 good ladies and sirs, as my topic name says, I'm making a site for battle realms to an addition to this forum, battlerealms.cc offers some stuff, but not much, so i thought i gonna make a site including the complete history of br, the clan and its people, screenshots, maybe maps/movies, the concept arts..at least the concepts ive got..many by the help of dark kabuki so, the site is finished, but still its not. what is missing: the guidebook. id like to put the whole guidebook (well, just about the clans..) into the site and if ppl would like it, also a list of the units, their type of armour, their cost...well every mathematical fact about it. but (now the parts coming where you can help me) i dont have the guidebook on english and translating it would harm the language as well as the content, so anyone who can send me the text..or part of it, like a unit description and its bg, is welcome to do so! just send me a p.m. of course everyone who helps building the site up gonna be named and if you help me quickly the site gonna be up in about 2 days, just the texts are missing and i gotta fix some programming stuff.. well I've got already: Description of the Dragon, Serpent clan overview. All Dragon Zen Masters The bg of the Geishas The Dojo and Archery Range description Dragon Units: Serpent Units: Peasent Swordman so as you can see, theres much missing! i really need help to get the texts, otherwise the site will never get finished...but i already put a lot of effort in it so i really hope it gonne be online and i really hope the visitors gonna like it

Mr Tumnus 1 #4 Posted May 11, 2006 well, the guides there (http://battlerealms.strategyplanet.gamespy.com/guides-clans.php ) are written by someone else, but not from the br guidebook. id copy my own if it would be on english.. i really want the original text of the guidebook, so ppl who don't have it anymore can still read it and ppl who dont know br will get to know the stories and the huge background of br, so if you are with me give me the texts please! cptheslayer 2 #8 Posted May 13, 2006 I thik battlerealms.cc is the greatest br website now. I like to read br stories, but reading and sharing strat and tactics is more fascinating. Many players post score boards in their clan victory screen shots without explaining how they won or lose. To me, those screen shots are meaningless without explaination. All we need is br background stories, unit res and damage chart, counter units chart, and a place to discuss played games and strats. And this is where you can get most of these. Mr. Tumnus, what you are about to accomplish is not in my interest list. But i will check it out.
Mr Tumnus 1 #9 Posted May 13, 2006 well cp, there are many things you might arent interested in, still you dont comment them, if you dont like my idea just leave it...

Sinophile 41 #11 Posted May 16, 2006 That text isn't Lord Zymeths, it belongs to *INsert the name of site here*. You could, however, make up new ones, if you have incredible writing genius.
