We WILL NOT start with farming. That would not work. There would be too many people. We will do something else first and then when people start leaving and we are left with 4 or 5 then we'll probably do farming with those who want to do it.

There are a lot of farms in Alberta and in Saskatchewan, I don't see what you're talking about
