I'm on vacation in Europe and my cousins got 3 motorollers, one is mine for the summer. Here you can start riding from 10 years of age if you look like that. But probobly from 12 years of age. You can get a license when you're 15 here for a motoroller. But its not needed. When I comeback to the U.S of course tho it will all be different, so I'll have my fun.
