G'day! (tf2 Sni/Spy Update Info)

So when is this update coming out again? They seem to have forgotten to give us a date damnit.

hmmm.

good stuff for now but am hoping there's a downside to this. If the arrow is instant for full charge and the arrows stay on u that's a little overpower.

Maybe valve will take away his zoom or damage is lesser or something. HMmm crossing fingers for a boomarang

I better start practicing and get my server ready.

The obvious downside would be that it doesn't have a scope? Which means no zooming - which means closer range shots (ie. the whole 'bring the sniper into the battle' idea). The positive is that it has a one second charge time, which means that accuracy is finally praised and you won't have heavies, demos and soldiers running off merrily to their medics and dispensers after receiving a clean shot to the head. It should prove to be either extremely rewarding or extremely annoying to experienced snipers, and will result in terrible snipers probably doing more bodyshot damage than they normally should. It all depends on the damage range.

Page 2 is out.

They changed the double payload map to a night setting and now they have an arena map with rain. Reminds me of that 2fort mod I made once which added particle rain and nice fog and zombies... The new arena maps look nice.

That they do mana. I'm unsure on the double payload map, I guess I'll have to play it to see.

Honestly I thought it was only a matter of time before they came out with a double payload. Next they'll have payload&CP! Normally I don't ever play arena but if those maps are good you just might see me in there often. Finally glad to see some weather effects and a night themed map too.
