Yes. It takes time though. BTW, if your Serpent and you're Yin farming, don't use Budo's whip. The damage of Budo's whip is somewhat related to Budo's base damage; in other words, you can one-hit-kill you and your allies' peasants with the whip.

you need 200 yins and he will kill almost anything in one hit but i made 3000 win and he can kill and destroy anything in game in one hit

In my opinion yin/ yang advantage  is dependent on the multiplier damage and the type of weapon that has a separate indicator injury

 

for eg. 

 

5 yin/yan * multip. 0,5  of any hero each have different + type of wepon katana * (30) = 75 it maybe

 

I think that not affect in armor of a units
