Devious serpent units tend to fight dirty and sometimes lavish. Their skills of hide and seek and victory versus honor conflicts drives their motives in dark persecution. Which unit do you believe deserves the most change to balance the serpent clan's against the other clans.

A raider own a kabuki in close to close combat.

And the raider is only weak tu cutting and piercing.

And what do you mean by saying : " Which unit do you believe deserves the most change to balance the serpent clan's against the other clans. "

You think Serpent i weak ?

No he wont. Issyl take extra damage from blunt (200%) and a raider only 25% of magic attacks.

Well i think musketters cause they are just some fighters not convicts liek the rest of serpent clan but raiders i wont vote cause they await u in the dark like thieves and get erady to strike your base flame up what they can rape your geisha lol :D thats what i think

No raider use blunt in melee, not fire, go test and stop always watching the BR chart full of mistakes.

raiders easilly, sure they own buildings, but as soon as any unit starts attacking them, their gone. also they hardly do any actuall damage to most units, due to the fact that almost no one is weak against fire. although, the musketters could also do with a boost, although thats just cause with sniper scope, their my favourite units :D

Raider doesn't need to be changed, a properly performed raider assault can spell W-I-N, even if your face off unit has been edged out. why do you need him to fight units in melee when he can raze a whole base to the ground in a few minutes? and he should be razing bases to the ground, nobody does it as fast as he can. (There are specific strategies they can do that dragon archers can't do, mostly revolving around raider's speed.)

The Serpent clan isn't meant for one-on-on fights. They're good at disabling their opponents. And in 'equalizing' units, the balance of the game would just be ruined; Raiders aren't supposed to be for fighting people in melee. They're supposed to be for setting stuff on fire. Besides, the bandit is one of the better units for one-on-one fights.

Raiders are supposed to be weak in melee, Liquid intended it that way. They're not supposed to be for 1 vs 1 fights, and if they get attacked, they just use caltrops and run. The raider doesn't need to be changed, none of the units do. The raider is for setting stuff on fire while the main force attacks the enemy, or they're good at harassment and just setting stuff on fire.

Serpent units are already equal to everyone else's units, there's just a specific way that you have to use them. Everything is already equal the way Liquid made it. Every unit has its weakness, and it's up to the player to exploit said weakness against their enemies. That's part of what makes Battle Realms what it is.

The Serpent Clan is balanced as it is. If a unit doesn't have an advantage already, they can disable their enemies with their battle gear (instead of simply giving them a damage increase). Besides, why would you send the raider, a ranged unit that is supposed to destroy buildings, into a 1 on 1 fight? It's not like it would be any wiser to send an archer with fire arrows, either.

serpent clan can play without raiders because cannoneers with smoke can burn buildings easy
