Banned For Shenanigans, On Hightower

So, I was screwing around on the LotusClan 24/7 Hightower Server [Texas] this night.

I had just created a bind: pipe is lyfe

Just to be silly, I tossed it around ocassinaly, maybe a little overboard, but not too much. Played some Demoman, and my "pipe is lyfe" bind caught on w/ a few other members playing with me.

Some even went as far to change their name to: "pipe is lyfe"

It was all fun and games, no one was complaining about it, and hell, it's hightower, it's supposed to be shenannigans and giggles <3.

But NOPE.avi

Got banned for 'bind spam'.

Hell, even my own reaction was to laugh out loud, It's so silly to ban someone over having fun w/ other members w/ my new bind <3
You all need to take a chill pill, and buzz. Seriously, I don't care if you're doing your job, that's great and all, but learn to have fun <3
So yes, I'm going to complain about it, because I'm a regular on the server ~<3

Yes, I'm aware. It said that I couldn't make a new topic on there, and besides, I'm trying to get a point across here.

The game is about having fun, even if it means dicking around, or being friendly.

I do love my binds.

To be fair, those messages were probably sent over time, because if I do them to much in a line, it says that I'm flooding the server.

Another point, is that hardly anyone talks ~<3

By all means, feel free to create your own server, bring all the friends you have to it, and "screw around" there all you want.

How did I know that this was coming?

I was going to put that I feel like I don't need to create my own server, and ended up just backspacing, because I feel as if it was to aimed at one of the administrators.

First, wrong section.

Second, your ban has expired, since it does not show up in the system anymore.

Third, binds like that are annoying, useless, frustrating and unfunny. The only persons who consider these binds witty and funny are persons under the age of 12 and/or persons who had their sense of humor surgically removed from them. Even so, the binds spam the chat box, making it harder to find actual conversation, and get in the way of voting, and some Lotus announcements that are, unlike your binds, actually useful and informative.

There is no reason whatsoever for you to spam and then complain about you getting banned for that.

Since some of your quotes ("having fun with my new bind <3" - it's a bind, not a car, what the hell) make me think you are either really immature or really young, I am inclined to let this one pass with a warning for the future. If you want to spam binds and be annoying and a dickhead and have fun that way, by all means do that, just take it off of our servers, or be a mature boy and deal with the consequences. Since that kind of behaviour will get you banned on a lot of other server, I reccomend this server host - for just $24/month you can be annoying, have binds, use godmode, have 24/7 crits and yell at your users all you want - let me know how that works out for you.

Darwin, you're far too lenient. Also, the name might be a little unsavoury to some. All points to a major lack of maturity, which is not an excuse for this shit.

Be glad Darwin got here first. If it were me, you'd be taking a break.

      I was banned from a LotusClan server just because I joined. I joined the server and I voteban started on me. This person Algkenos27 started the ban. They could of atleast vote kicked me, or told me to leave. I think this is a stupid reason to get banned for. If you can please unban me and do something about this Algkenos27 guy.       I was banned from your servers a while ago probably because I was using LMAOBox a TF2 hack system, I stopped using it and I've been trying to regain access from the servers I was banned from, this is one of them. The LotusClan servers are almost always populated with the maps I like to play such as upward, I'd really like a second chance if I could have one, thanks.

      Hi, My name is Chris P. Lettuce here and on steam, and I was banned last week from one of the High tower servers that i regularly visit. I was given absolutely no warning, and received no messages after my ban. All I could think of is two guys on the other team wanted to use only snipers, no one was doing it, i was a pyro, and then I was banned.       Hello, I have been playing on your Lotus servers for quite a long while now, and I must say I love them.  That is until an abusive admin named Phoenix Down Syndrome started playing there i'd say about last week. In all my time playing on your servers I have caused no trouble, been in no trouble, and just have had a great experience all the while. Once this individual started playing in my favorite one of your servers, the Turbine fast spawn, nothing but trouble has occurred. Not just for me, but for many people playing on your server. He kicks for no reason at all, bans PERMANENTLY for "disrespect" which in fact is just rage in the chat, not even directed toward any individual. Then after another admin reduced my ban for a day I got banned for another day for again, blowing steam in chat. While this was happening there was an obvious hacker in the server and he just lets that all go because hes too busy getting on my case over chat. He super vigilant about disrespect yet, does it more than anyone I have ever seen before. He is a terrible and hypocritical admin undeserving of his position. Then today, a few minutes ago, I was kicked yet again for telling him that his bans are unfair and unjust.  I joined again and did your "!calladmin" command because I am completely sick of his bullshit, and I wanted to talk with a real admin about this. Before one arrived, I was banned for I don't know how long, for "Evading". What I wish for is to be unbanned, and come back to not exactly a Phoenix free Turbine, but an Admin-Free Phoenix if you please. Thank you for reading this have a wonderful day.
