I use my common sense and see what prices people are actually buying and selling it, also spreadsheet often has many outdated prices. Never use it, thats like using bp.tf for unusual prices

PayPal Regulations? Unless you mean trading terms, I'm on a corporate account, fees, if any, are handled by me. (Which there usually aren't.)

3.You pay all fees (including middleman fees)

4.Your steam account must be a minimum of 3 months old and must have over 300 hours of tf2

5.Must have 100% clean rep and no previous bans

6.Must be PayPal verified

7.Must send payment to "family or friends"

8.Must leave in notes "I understand I am purchasing virtual items with real life money for the steam online game of Team Fortress 2 developed by Valve and under no circumstances can I chargeback or be refunded once the items have been bought and received"
