So.. dota2 is goooone. CS:GO is the new everything! If you don't have it, get it. If you have it and never played it, play it. If you played it and didn't like it, play it again and let someone explain it to you.

Jokes aside, I recently started playing CS:GO, after disliking it for quite some time, a week ago and it is an awesome game once you a little into it.

I play it with real life friends and I thought maybe I could play with lotus friends aswell. So if you have cs:go, but never really played it you should definately try it again.

So.. anyone else playing?

I dislike the elitist side to it. Already had lotus members refuse to send me an invite because I'm too bad at the game.

I love the game, played cs for years. Ive played with beginners through to professional top of their field (talking NiP level) and always enjoyed it, apart from when people are abusive over my skill level.

Having played cs since 1.5 I kinda agree, I now find it boring.

I want to like it, but its just not very forgiving in my mind.  As I've said before, its all about headshots...and ok, getting a headshot is going to give you an advantage....but TF2 isn't all about headshots (for example) and I find TF2 more enjoyable because of that.

It's really fun if you're good at clicking the heads, but far too often you'll end up again smurfs or (much less often) hackers. The matchmaking system is good, but it's nice and easy to get a gold 3/4 into a game with silvers.

 

It might be nice to have a Lotus game, just running about the map for a few rounds, knives only, zeus only, etc.
