I Can't Seem To Defeat Wolf...

Can't kill the damn wolf! Even when I play LAN against my newbie friend I lose like hell! Can someone list some effective units/strategies? I know unclean is good against beserkers, is there a way to defeat early game mass brawlers? Thats the thing my friend always uses

I usually use lotus, but any damn clan is fine. Just go! Me computer is shifty

Maybe the problem is your computer.. Can you use DC well? Also soul chill?

All clan is good, but if u got skill and know good strategies that ppl lose to, u can win vs all, "mabye". - but by the way ... lm the biggest noob in the world if l use wolf!

Yes, so, it'smean that I can kill you lolz.. Lotus is my easiest Clan, then Serpent, then Wolf, then Dragon.. That's why I don't want to play against dragon.. they are good..

Its probably not the computer, maybe it's the game version? Im not sure if I have battle pack3, doesn't this equalise the units? Even with serpent I can;t kill wolf, even though they seem to kill everything... Does somebody have a list of unit weaknesses, as in, from the attack type they are weakest to and strongest to, and all those in between in order? Like a percentage map? I remember Mr Tumnus saying powder kegs were 70% weaker than the 'norm' to cutting and blunt damage, was he bullshido or speaking truth? If so, did he synthesize the information himself, or found a weakness map? Does anyone have this weakness map? I checked the unit thingos on this website, brawler has cutting damage WTF? Is that thing correct man?

hey ben. u said that battle pack 3 bot bug? emm...i think so.

when i patch that pack, i just can gain 1 yin yang only. cant get more than 1. but in the older version, its normal.

NOw, the solution to your question relies on which clan u r using. For me the best clan is Dragon. And Dragon is the best clan to kill Wolf. Mass Brawlers with no BG's sux. Perhaps, ur friend used the Zen Strike BG. That is y u were killed fast. But if u know that ur friend mass brawlers, u can beat his army with little casualties of your army. Also, it depends on how long the game was played. If it is a short game, then u can harrass ur friend with archers. If your friend rushes u with wolves, then tower up and get whirl spear. If it is a long game, hehe, send a sam to die a few times to get yangs for spirit, then those brawlers will be killed and you might not lose even a single unit. Usually, Wolf players don't mass brawlers; they hardly use brawlers; they go for shaled berserkers, shaled ballistamen, or werewolves and druids. Shaled berserkers are known to be strong and hard to kill by many players, but Dragon Kabukies(and/or monks) can kill them fast(don't forget to flash them). I played a game: 10 kabukies vs 10 berserkers. All 10 berserkers died and only 4 kabukies died. Werewolves, druids, and ballistamen are ez to kill. Use spirit, then 3-4 id kegs(rest of army is kabukies, archers, sam and healers just in case Wolf use berserkers). The most fearful Wolf units that Dragon should be feared is upgraded hurlers with BG's. Hurlers can dodge misils. They can do both blunt and explosive damage. Also, they have high res to explosive. So, they can handle Kegs and archers. They can also kill kabukies fast because Kabukies are weak against Blunt. Talking about Drgonwarriors, they have min res against explosive, not to mention sam( they are even worse against explosive). However, hurlers are weak when engaged in melee. This is when druids come in to play. Have some druids standing behind hurlers waiting to entangle those that dare to approach hurlers.

Now this might convince you to believe that hurlers can win Dragon. That is not true. It all depends on how u play. Dragon can make a combo of differnet units and own hurlers. The key to win in BR is to know what ur enemies' army is and make a counter for it. One more thing, massing one type of unit is a bad idea especailly tir 3 units because u cannot change them to different units. The variety of units with BG's is the key to victory. I have seen mass smoke get owned by werewoves, bereserkers get owned by kabukies or sledgers, sam and ronnins get owned by any explosive units, ...... NOw u get the idea of how to improve your skills.

Yes, that was EXTREMELY helpful. The main problem was to defeat my noob friends mass brawlers. Basically, this was his absolute first time playing, and he owned me (Sadly). He did not use zen counterpunch.

I never know this before... hmm.. Try checking your battle realms client by playing online.. If you get drop at a few minutes after fighting... It means your BR client has an error or somthing wrong.. Try to use Lotus, attack with brothers... or try to use ronin with yang blade.. . Or maybe your setting. try to check it too.. AI has an advantage to earn more yin than you.. Like they can summon a certain hero out quickly after it died..
