To decide on whether Assassin should stay or go is should be determined by people with a neutral standing, able to view this situation from both parties. Rather than stating an opinion as a fact, and using that to create false arguments, people should propose a completely un-biased, clearly written reason why you have voted for what, backing your claim with valid evidence based on first-hand experiences and deductions, rather than just saying 'Hes annoying, kick him out'. Indeed, to quote [LOT]Phate, 'Don't vote just because a guys your friend.' So below, I correct claims be them truthful or not. Please note that I am on a neutral standing point, and suggest nothing of this argument. Firstly, from since the beggining of this discussion there was a general conception that Assassin is be a detriment to the Battle Realms society, and has a bad influence. Well, to debunk your claim (Which was in fact, an opinion stated as truth), Assassin would not be a bad influence, unless anybody in the Battle Realms community replicates his behaviour, in part or in total. Not even absolute noobs would copy his behaviour, they know better. So he has not been a bad influence, since he has not influenced anybody. Secondly, there are claims that he has nothing to contribute to the Battle Realms community. Simply playing the game is in itself a contribution, however minor. In addition, only a few select people have actually contributed in terms of helping noobs, writing strategies et cetera (Etc). By saying Assassin has not contributed, you are implying that everybody else that only plays the game has not contributed. THere is no reason to single him out because of this. Thirdly, people say that he ruins the game and forums for everyone. On the forums, if he stuffs up he will promptly be punished for what he did. If the situation is heavy enough, he will be banned from these forums. The situation at the moment does not call for such measures. However, on the BR lobby, nobody can control him, therefore everyone will be sensible enough to simply ignore him, and let him waste time writing crap, rather then responding to them and spurring him to do it even more. This is not a written rule, nor will anyone punish anyone for responding. But by doing so, you are almost as bad as being the flamer and annoying person yourself. This proposed solution will hopefully mend his ways. And if it doesn't, then we will all ignore him. To debunk some other claims, which are too numerous to write a separate paragraph for each. No, Assassin did not create multiple accounts and rig the votes. You can only create one account per i.P adress on Battlerealms.us. On the topic title, this is a democratic deicsion, but remember that many votes were turned backwards because of a majority of people simply wanted to get something done, for their own motives rather than the good of the entire society. Nobody likes an annoying person, so try to not be one yourself. In the Battle Realms Gamespy lobby, nobody has the absolute right to privately use their name, and everybody has the obligation to not use anyone elses. If someone smurfs you, and writes some nasty shit, then everyone will ignore it. Ignore it just as if Assassin wrote it himself. Nobody can immeadiatly assume he will not improve is behaviour. He has been bad in the past, but continues to be so because he has a motive. Whatever that motive, his ways will be stopped if everyone ignored him on the BR lobby. And next time, don't flame the flamer. Its funny to see people saying he destroyes the forums and flames, and then flame him themselves, thus destroying the forum.
