I voted "no" because the problem is not solved this way, single is able to aggravate it, the best thing is not to punish the violators because that does not make them better but worse, most of the times the problem does not exist and for that reason it does not have solution. I recommend to speak directly with him using the right and necessary words so that he stop acting like a child. Will be difficult but you can understand this ways that there are no problem.
