So, who am I supposed to troll now??? I had plans for this guy, man, I was gonna make him my masterpiece. I've never seen a grown man try to impress people younger than himself so damn hard. He was so earnest about being better than those he called pathetic, but for why? Was there a co-relation between this behavior and his weight-lifting? What was he trying to prove, and to who? He was almost a caricature of himself: an exaggeration of his ego. So serious about himself he wasn't aware when he was being made fun of.

Hmm...in my opinion guys he dosent really deserve it. I mean sometimes he can go over the top, but for the most part he is not a bad player and the votemutes usually mean nothing. They should modify the server so it requires more than 1 person to start a votemute...although that is a donator power. But permabanned? No.

The bottom line is, I don't randomly seek out people to target. And I don't randomly brag about my stats for the hell of it (for the most part; however, I do troll occasionally). And I definitely dont proclaim to be better than I actually am.

I know perfectly well that players like Nket, KillerKeg, LunchBox, FunkyFresh are probably better than me, and you don't ever see me arguing with with them over TF2 mechanics (like ever). They also don't blurt out stupid random unproven theories. There are always less smarter people, if they are to correct everything, he will always be out numbered.

Then on the other spectrum, you see players like ae Dave, who is a mediocre player who writes novels about TF2 theorycraft and when you actually play him, he actually sucks ass, of course I am compelled to say something. Since he doesnt have the common sense to look at his own stats, then obviously I am going to bring it to his attention.

This is how it is for everything. Someone says something stupid; I correct them; instead of going to wikipedia and verifying, they keep writing stupid responses. I get to the point where all facts are stated and they still fail to realize it, then the only thing left is calling out their lack of education or stats or whatever.

I miss the days when it was just Camail, Priime, Shpadoinkle, Nket, Keg, Mana, Lunchbox. Everyone just made fun of Camail being gay and those were the good times.

Did you honestly think that by shitting on every single person who rubs you the wrong way, you would endear yourself to the community? This is why it's been dragged on so long; we want you gone. So go... with a demo like that, I don't think you have much of a chance at being unbanned for a long while. This wasn't the first time that's happened, just the first that someone actually bothered recording on a demo. People have *apparently* been reporting your shenanigans for a while now.

Personally, I hope you aren't unbanned. Someone mentioned your name on 2fort last night, and when I said you had been permabanned, the reaction was unanimously positive. A regular even said he respects us as a clan 10x more now.

Nope. It's not random at all. You target anyone who offends you. Unfortunately, that includes people who don't uber you, people who don't shoot the person you want them to, people who ask you to shut up, and people who are AFK for more than 5 seconds. You have it rigged up in your brain that pretty much everyone falls under your blanket of contempt.

Nope... you just brag about your stats because you are desperate for an ego stroke. If no one else is willing to do it for you often enough you have this pathological need to call attention to yourself as often and as loudly as you can. The funny thing is, you just can't be good and let it go... you are obsessed with stating "MVP" at the end of every round that has you up there - and you are dead silent on the rounds you are not. You are so fixated on that personal recognition that you will even switch to the winning team at the last second just so you can be on their top 3 list even when your own team loses (since, after all, it couldn't possibly be your fault and they were just a bunch of n00bs who didn't do what you screamed at them to do). Everyone knows you are good. But that isn't enough, is it? You need accolades. You need worship.

Also, the running joke on the server(s) is how you use your chemical engineering degree as a sort of trump card that you think should be the end of all further challenges to your alpha male status. While I congratulate your for your degree and acknowledge that it is more of an accomplishment than many people we encounter, it is fascinating how many times you can use it in a completely irrelevant way. I don't know what you expect from people when you say that... "Oh! I should be ashamed of myself! That man has a chemical engineering degree, so obviously he knows more about [insert whatever] than me."

Yeah... I suck. You can tell by my stats from the round I just completed. However, some people find statistics to their use even when they are well aware that the numbers are months old and very questionable. Additionally, the may possibly also include hours of "experiments" that drag the stats down considerably. There are plenty of us who don't derive our sense of manhood from our public TF2 stats, however, and have no concern with playing an off class for a few hours and trying a new strategy - even if it means getting 1 kill for every 20 deaths. Regardless, that's hardly relevant. The point is, what everyone else says and does are not relevant to this conversation. This is about you.

The problem with you, Suckboy, is that once you have something locked in to your brain - especially if you view it as some sort of obscure leverage for your own narcissistic pursuits - you don't let it go... even when you are wrong. That means you are vindictive and stick with your line of crap in the hope that no one will see through your BS (how's that workin' for ya?), or you are truly that delusional that you believe the stuff that you spout - in which case, you have a psychological issue that no amount of ego-stroking will cure.

And it is this bit that really tends to make me lean towards the second hypothesis. I think you truly believe that you are doing what you do in the best interests of the people around you. You don't realize that you insult people. You aren't aware of how you are received by the general public. You truly think that if people don't welcome you with open arms and worship your greatness, then there must be something wrong with them. Well... then you fit square into the proverbial stereotype of the character who says "I'm not crazy, everyone else is!"

Well... since you are so fond of facts and proof - explain to me why almost NO ONE wants to play with you - ON YOUR TEAM - despite the fact that you are a top 10 player on the server? Why is it that we often see 4 or 5 people in spec with a lopsided team balance because they would rather wait than play on your team? Why is it that when people DO change teams away from you, the first thing they say is how glad they are to be away from your insults and rambling? Explain to me why people simply leave the server when they get the message you are coming in - with the parting comment that they are leaving because of you?

Note that this has nothing to do with how good of a player you are. If TF2 did not have voice or text communication, you would be damn popular. However, while you excel at TF2, you fail at people.

Don't act like you are surprised by this ban. Don't act like you are surprised at the reason. It's not like it's the first time you have been banned from a game site... or other sites, for being a repugnant person.

You were banned from your bodybuilding site's forums for being an ass to the members. You were banned from a Starcraft server for cheating with hacks (I bet you wanted them to worship your skills as well, eh?). You got banned from your biking forums. You got banned from a Sacred / Sacred 2 forum. You were banned from a computer hardware discussion forum. It goes on and on...

Actually I recorded some demos, and a few others did as well who then sent them to me (so my voice could be heard on them, so there was proof I wasn't instigating stuff), and I sent those to Mana in private.

It was amazing, after THOSE demos, he suddenly stopped his crap for like a week and was actually defending Dave in public, and being all buddy buddy with most of the regulars and being all nice...

Like I said... lasted a week... he even called us his friends! To which we were all like ... o.O WTF? But we accepted it and thanked whatever deity is out there that he wasn't being an ass. He was actually fun to play with for a little while there!

Then, he just started being a dick all over again with absolutely NO provocation! It's like he forgot he was supposed to be nice or maybe he ran out of his bi-polar meds and had a really REALLY manic episode or something...

But the fact remains... demos have been submitted about him in private before... they had limited effect and the lesson was all-too-quickly forgotten.

So no, this isn't his FIRST offense, these aren't the first demos, and this isn't his first warning...

It's time for him to go.
