You Suck has and will continue to abuse his power over Lotus servers with his votemutes and votekicks of those he disapproves.

In this demo you'll see YouSuck spamming votemute every 60 seconds on the mvp/most communicative teammate on my team simply because he doesn't like this player, not because the player did anything wrong. And on top of that, he will verbally abuse players who he deems useless, taunting them with "Oh look I have top score again" and other egotistical bullshit throughout the game.

If I recall, IA Dave Mark muted me within 10 seconds of joining the game of which I had already been playing for 1 hour. This rendered me unable to talk to my medic. The day before, he voted me right before he left as a good bye present. Your demo is only after the fact. And the reason I keep doing it, and only to one person, is to prevent him from vote muting me back. He had his whole posse of AE people there and take takes only 50% to get a vote mute passed. My vote mutes didnt matter since I knew it wouldnt pass.

If I can't talk to my medic, then pretty much the team is useless since that game was stacked beyond recognition, if you cant tell from the chatting in the demo. Every time he vote mutes me, I have to leave, which resets my points. Even though initially we lost, instead of team switching to stacked team, I stuck it out, and ended up bringing the losing team to a win end. Since Mark loves to vote mute me whenever we are about to cap, my vote mutes were timed during critical times where my medic partner was near uber. This prevented him from vote muting at the unfortunate time when I need to call uber. Dave, I really dont like vote muting you, but I really hate having to rejoin because I cant talk to my medic. I dont like vote muting, it takes time off my game play. That is all.

Btw, not related. I find it funny FunkyFresh that you stayed on that team 99%, until the end and then you switched sides.

If you were ever muted, you should just do the retry trick. If he had initated another votemute afterwards, I would have said something to him as well.

This isn't a biased ban as I have no qualms with you. Merely a servant of the people.

You think I won't be on that server more watching AE? Pff.

Edit: And yeah, I team switched. Just because I was there doesn't mean I enoyed the ultrastrack nor the cheers of winning against a massively out-skilled pub.

I have been vote muted more than once in the same game by Dave. You aren't on that server often enough. Its ironic for a guy who talks more than me, doesn't like me, but yet always happens to join my team.

It would be nice if someone recorded a demo from my teams perspective. I dont bother with demos and try to get other people in trouble. Thats not my style. Id actually have to thank Dave, since when he lands on my team, I usually switch to the other team after he vote mutes me. And those have been the best games of my life since I had to play my ass off. Unfortunately, Dave takes his stacked teams credit for his "communication skills". Interestingly, that used to be my team, before he joined and vote muted me.

Hello, its teli here and I wanted to tell you guys that I think you should think this over because I was his medic and I saw the whole thing, and had to switch teams numerously because of votemute or whatever, and I couldnt hear him. So, I was his medic the whole time and You suck got muted atleast twice, so I had to switch teams around three times. I saw that when Dave votemuted someone who whole ae clan voted you suck out because they have over 4-5 people on at once and for a votemute thats alot.

You suck even tried to mute me when I did not say a thing. You don't have to verbally communicate all the time. Ask anyone there, I always type and it does me just fine. The whole night was horrible with You Suck constantly spamming the vote mutes and the occasional kick. I am not part of the AE clan so I am not playing favorites. He just made it a bad experience for everyone on that night.

I never vote for a vote mute/kick/ban unless it is deserved, no matter who starts them, Dave or anyone. If there is a reason then I will vote Yes, but if there is no reason I just don't vote. Dave may call for a vote mute once or twice but it is nothing compared to the 11 or so vote mutes that were shown in my demo.

Thanks Funky. You've done us all a favor. I don't play with him all that much, so he wasn't much of a nuisance. If he did get on Stocks 1, the regulars would harass him to the point of ragequitting. All I can say is good riddance.
