Slashing(when he slashes with his naginata.)

Also, Samurai not only stab themselves when they die, damaging all enemies, but they also tend to fight the strongest opponent they can find in the enemies.......

That's what the animation show but its insufficient to prove that the spearman do slashing, blunt and piercing damage one at a time. Maybe he does piercing all in all even if sometimes he sticks his spear on the ground and do those double kicks.

Ah. Only the programmer of the game can answer this.

oh, sam should do peircing when he shoots.

Necro should do blunt because he uses hand to slaps other enemies. It should not be magic. Well, kabukies should not be doing magic when he does melee, but it is still magic.

There's also evidence, Nos, indicated in the booklet.

For instance, the unit description in the booklet for Spearmen says that their spear is great for assaultiing higher ground.

It ALSO says that "the Spearman's training serves as a basis for all other fighting forms." That's what kinda clued me in that the Spearmen do Blunt, Piercing, and Slashing all at once...........
