it's easy, you must have the non-hero unit like nightvol have a yin/yang cost to put him in keep without error.

i found lord Oja wery interesting isnt it possoble to replace Vetkin(our the ninja) in the serpent clan whit Tarrant. Tarrant should attack like a warlock or zymeth. You know orb and etc

INSTALLATION:

PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING BEFORE INSTALLING THIS MOD!

1) MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE LATEST BATTLE REALMS: WINTER OF THE WOLF V1.50Q

2) BACKUP THE FOLLOWING FILES FROM YOUR BATTLE REALMS FOLDER

a. Battle Realms.dat

3) RUN THE INSTALL.EXE INSTALLER

4) INSTALL IT TO YOUR BATTLE REALMS FOLDER. EXAMPLE:

C:\Program Files\Liquid Entertainment\Battle Realms

5) LET THE INSTALLER FINISH

UNINSTALLATION:

I'm Anthony, well it's a long time since my last post about my Kenji Mod. I'm sorry to say but I've withdrawn from modding battle realms as I focus on modifying new games due to lack of players in our area . Battle Realms has been great for all of these years, but only 2 of us are left in playing it. Thank you.

i use xvi32, it's a free hex editor.

actually, i open the the battle realms.dat in notepad, study the structure of it then edit it with xvi32. it's really complicated on first try, but it's easy when you find the right offsets. be careful when modifying it because, it will give an error or out of memory bug when you modify it with wrong ascii codes.

here's a sample, you can do such things like in this demo:

this hack is i trained a peasant in the peasant house(i know it's impossible) then grayback will comes out.
