Secondly; I believe it's appropriate to ask questions of the applicant, so I ask you this: what makes you want to return? And will you stay this time? You said due to changes, I'd be curious to know what, and what events made you want to come back? I'd be very interested to know what sort of things make new people want to join, and old people return.

Well, for starters, the new regular system seems to work better than the old recruit system that made people play 5 games with any random lotus member, sometimes without the member even being aware of it.

 

It just seems everything is more laid back.

 

 

Will i stay? Well, i don't plan on leaving the second day but knowing the number of people that don't like and/or are salty towards me, i don't know how long i can take all this passive agressiveness without doing anything drastic, at least i'm being realistic here.

 

I heard there's some ultiduo going on, for those who have been here in the past years they know i've joined both ultiduo tournaments, i like the competetive side of tf2, just never had the patience to practice or to "get gud", but this small events are good enough for me.

 

 

I've also felt like playing TF2 after almost 6 month drought, so there's that. I was thinking about applying for admin again as well, been global admin twice and at least in that department, i don't think i ever dun fuked.

I obviously don't remember when you were last here, but lotus has made some pretty big changes these last few months. A lot of drama has disolved, there are a lot more contests and events, and it's a lot more relaxed. I feel as though if you came back with a positive attitude, people, even those who you fought with, would accept you back in time.

Reapplying must be hard, you must be worried thst things haven't changed, that lotus is just the same and you're seeing things you want to see, well, I can't promise you anything, but it takes guts to come back in my eyes so, I feel this is a good move forward.

It's been 5 years, lots of stuff happened, talked shit about lotus, talked shit about the system, talked shit about some people, said so much fucking shit, stuff like not joining ever again and whatever, but it's not just bad things.

 

People change, mainly me, definetly me, i think i have 5 different opinions about something in the space of 2 hours, but yeah, this time it's positive and it's with a positive vibe that i try to join back.... even knowing 70% of the current community hates me... i would understand 40% of it but.........what strikes me the weirdest is how salty some people are towards me when i never even heard of them or talked to them in my entire life, but i'm just gonna ignore that/them because it's not worth my time.

I think the issue stems from the fact you've said bad things about lotus before, people hear that who love the clan and think 'fuck that guy he's a jerk'. As I aaid, takes a lot of guts to stand there and say that you've said, to hold your hands up and admit it. I personally feel you deserve a fresh start with lotus.

I ask anyone reading this who has an issue with sexyking to put to bed past feelings, and make a good attempt to move forward in a good and positive way. We've come so far in the last few months, let's carry on that way.
