Maelstrom 0 #1 Posted June 13, 2006 Curious on how to get the Heros for the Serpent's Path, I've gone through this path before but only ended up with one new hero... Vetkin...
[LOT]rundown 3 #2 Posted June 13, 2006 You can get Budo in the wolf level after the bath house level or before the bath house level. You can Utara in the wolf swamp level after the first Serpentholm or Koril in the lotus level after the first Serpentholm. You can also get Tao in the monk level. Maelstrom 0 #5 Posted June 14, 2006 Thanks folks, got Budo but unfortunately I have to do Serpentholm over again to get to Utara. In the middle of the Serpentholm stage an error occured on my second try, going to give this another go today. Why does this stage have to take so damn long? Guest Aramid #6 Posted June 15, 2006 It gets harder and harder per level you reached. The hardest level for me is the second serpentholm, i die a billion times there and the necromancer and shinja are always late....God! it is so damn hard and the ending for serpent is not that great... Nightvol is cool there though....
Dragonsoul 3 #7 Posted June 16, 2006 To have a better chance at winning in the 2nd Serpentholm, relocate your main base to the top of the hill. Do it quick and you'll have the advantage. Build a well on the hill and collect the water.Defend your rice fields below too with 2 towers and all heroes except Kenji. Let Kenji sit on top of the hill and defend with 2 more towers up there. Build Keep near rice field and real real tight to give you a better chance at defending. Then slowly turtling until you can destroy the Dragon at South and West, then take out North-East Wolf and finally North-West Wolf. Trust me, nobody can touch you if you locate on top of the hill. The height advantage really helps. And with Kenji BG AND the height advantage, you can take out strong units quick.
Guest Aramid #8 Posted June 17, 2006 Oh well... I cant still win using your advice. I am playing in version 1 and I am not using cheats there... The version of winter of the wolf on the second serpentholm is much easier.... Anyway I finished the srpent path a year ago with the help of a saved game... Oh well thats life... IndominusRex 13 #11 Posted June 30, 2006 (edited) I worked for the save game of dragon journey, it's half way done.. Edited July 2, 2006 by BenEducationNotice
DDD 0 #12 Posted July 9, 2006 There's a way to get Shinja and the Necromancer appear early onthe 2nd Serpentholm stage. To do this: -use one of your regular unit to rush the western dragon camp(I use the available ronin) -when that unit reaches that area passing the ricefield to the buildings it should trigger the event of Shinja arriving withe the necromancer. >

Thats when you see Shinja, Kenji and The Necromancer unite in some brotherly love aswell as the Crucifixion of Ootomo! 12232[/snapback] Doesn't happen in the Serpent path. This will occur in the Dragons path after the first Serpent holm and after Kenji meets the Dragon at the spire. After the Dragon Spire mission Kenji and Budoh will be talking about Kenji's meeting with the Dragon, when they see Otomo hanging on a cross on top of a hill. They will bury Otomo and notice that several Lotus units are close to Serpentholm, they will realize that Shinja has betrayed them.

Nightfall 0 #21 Posted March 28, 2007 You can get Budo in the wolf level after the bath house level or before the bath house level. You can Utara in the wolf swamp level after the first Serpentholm or Koril in the lotus level after the first Serpentholm. You can also get Tao in the monk level. Tao, really? In the monk level, I meet Tao and fight him, but in the next mission I couldn't find him in the Keep.
the necromancer 2 #22 Posted May 22, 2008 Tao, really? In the monk level, I meet Tao and fight him, but in the next mission I couldn't find him in the Keep. uh yeah well its kinda hard to join someone when they just killed you kill the monks and not tao and he will join u when the monks die
Staff Adept 1 #23 Posted May 22, 2008 IT would probably be more beneficial to get him eitther way since you can summon more ninjas/monks. Yay!

When you play as dragon, Kenji and Kazan will find Otomo crucified by Shinja. But in the serpent, when you beat serpentholm, Kenji and Shinja crucify Otomo. Have nobody here even beaten the story mode?
