Agreed, I logged on today after finishing my achievements for scout and I wanted to go and play with my second favorite class, the spy. But WHAT! no SPY! Yes but the demoman would often have a secondary weapon equipped. Engineer often has his wrench out, etc. If you're around the spawn area people screw around and aren't always ready for combat anyways.
