You Suck has and will continue to abuse his power over Lotus servers with his votemutes and votekicks of those he disapproves.

In this demo you'll see YouSuck spamming votemute every 60 seconds on the mvp/most communicative teammate on my team simply because he doesn't like this player, not because the player did anything wrong. And on top of that, he will verbally abuse players who he deems useless, taunting them with "Oh look I have top score again" and other egotistical bullshit throughout the game.

I'd support his ban. Hell, I don't even get bothered by Phantom's douchebaggery, and he's intentionally being an asshole just for kicks. Apparently the only thing suckylife is good at is making ass out of himself though, so he strives to do it better than anyone else.

I've been on the receiving end of senseless votemutes as well, including one that was initiated after he reconnected to the server upon getting votemuted himself, and leaving, just to start the mute cooldown timer (You must wait whatever before starting a vote) so that he wouldn't get votemuted straight off the bat again. Yousuck will constantly verbally harass me, to the point that I don't play on his team or even the Dustbowl server for that matter. If I play on another team, he will switch teams and proceed to bother my friends and I until we get tired of it and leave (or initiate a votemute that he'll just reconnect to wipe out the usefulness of.)

I've received complaints personally from regulars on the Dustbowl server (donators included) complaining of similar behavior and just general asshattery, asking me why we feel its necessary to even have this person remotely associated with our clan. He's never getting in, we know this, and he's nothing more than a useless, sanctioned troll. It was funny for a while, I guess, but ultimately, in the grand scheme of things, his activity on our servers/forums has overstayed its welcome. I've made my report in the past, so you do have a more extended version of my complaint if necessary. I just reformatted my PC so I lost any demos but if this is really going to require more proof, you can just look to the forum.

I would have to agree, I personally never had a run in with the guy, but he is a bit hard on too many players with his mouth and shitty attitude. I would have to agree and think that at least a 30 day ban would be appropriate.

Here is the demo from my point of view.

I can see one or two attempts to pass vote mutes but this was just abuse. My demo shows at least 11 vote mute attempts without any of them passing let alone getting much higher than 25%. We do need some sort of timer between votes as Miyari said.

His trolling has gotten so bad, I know regulars on the Dustbowl server who just leave and go to another server because he joins the server. But if the ban is not for trolling, then it should be for vote mute abuse.

When I first played with/against YouSuck, I was amazed at how much of an ego a single individual could possess. My first impression of him was rather low; I couldn't tell if he was a troll or an ordinary frat-boy with major attitude, like the ones you'll find in Halo 2. I paid no attention to him. As time went on, I found him pretty abusive toward his teammates, winning or losing. Make any mistake and he'll rudely lecture you about it, and when he gets sick of playing with the losing team he'll team-switch to the winning one. I try to avoid playing on his team as much as I can for these reasons alone, even if it meant playing for the losing team. Unfortunately, it didn't get as bad until his beef with Dave. I dunno how it started it, but I wish he would get over it and move on. You don't have to stalk a dude just to get even, seriously. The guy holds a mean grudge!

I don't hate the guy, and he's a pretty cool guy when he isn't being a prick. Although, the only thing I hated about him is that he takes advantage of his clan-membership and his donation privileges. You can't mute him when he's obstructing team communication, you can't kick him when he's being an abusive ass, you can't ban him for very long, like less-than a minute, when he gets out of line for the rest of us, and he'll retaliate like a rabid gerbil when he comes back. I pinned him as being invulnerable from any consequences and eventually I took it as that. I wouldn't be surprised he if didn't get banned from this, and I won't be disappointed when it doesn't happen. I'm just moving on.

The above was a quote from myself written at least 2-3 months ago. Nothing has changed. The only thing that has changed is my faith that I am playing on servers that regulate assholes.

Indeed, I have come across so many of his "Look at the size of my epeen" comments that it's getting ridiculous. That along with the demo, and some of the douchebag actions taken in the practices while we are trying to get things set up, kinda pushed it over the limit for me. I'll vote for a ban.
