How To Edit Your Signature

Hello! I know there are people's wondering why almost all people who posted here have some picture(s) or text(s) in the last part of their message. The picture or text that you always see in their posts called SIGNATURE!

Here's how to edit your signature that will appear in every post you made or make in the future:

Step 1

Anywhere in this forums, even while you read something in a certain thread. You will see something like this in the top right of the forums:

Click My Control as shown above.

Step 2

After clicking, you should see something like this at the left part.

Click Edit Signature as shown above

Step 3

You will be prompt to make a complete a form like this:

Type anything in the form you want it to show in your every posts and click [update My Signature] at the end of the form.

To put an image, simply use this code:

[IMG=Your image's link here]

Please do not use big image because it makes the reader long time to download, especially those who are using dial up's connection.

im having trouble getting my signature to actually be the right size...every time i put a link to get it right...it doesnt work...it ends up being too small...

EDIT: nvm i decided to use photobucket because imageshack kept turning it to thumbnail...heheehe

Photobucket sucks, because it resizes for you, not the other way around! Probably the cause for the thumbnail was that you were using the Thumbnail code provided by Imageshack.

well all code for imageshack is thumbnails....i read it in their help things under troubleshooting, and photobucket actually worked...so photobucket will be my choice for now on...

hmm maybe it depends on the size of the image....i mean i used imageshack and my signature just came out so tiny....and then i used photobucket and it comes out just right....i used all of the codes that imageshack gave me and none of them worked...

lol whatever, maybe you clicked the "Automatically resize image" checkbox when you uploaded the image. There isn't any other way to have that problem otherwise.

Imageshack lasts for long, but it doesn't last forever. I suggest Photobucket. Your images last as long as your account (forever), and you can retreive them later on. Just remember to disable automatic resizing.

I'd like to add that im easily angered, and I hate incompetent people. If you ask how, I will kill you.
