The Peasant Huts act as a brilliant distraction for the Wolves, while the Keg just blows them up. The same tactic can effectively be applied to Serpent too, just using a Cannoneer instead of a Keg in the tower with a few mines around the huts. I'm 99% sure he is an old player using a new name, and refusing to give himself up when you ask. He hides his identity very well.
