I would like to have a mature talk about a subject with out hate with out assuming that anyone's trolling without silencing a person before he has a chance to say anything

I have been banned twice already under the tag of trolling the first time i was banned I was not sure why i was banned and many others I asked could not explain ether including other Lotus members whom I refuse to reveal under the fact I do not want to cause trouble for people who has done me no wrong. the second time i was abruptly banned when a person of the vaginal commented in death the word "really?" and i quickly replied really including some others witch was not planned but simply because the team really on a multi-player game is a form of complaining witch i fell know really has a right to complain about anything game related and just rubs me the wrong way in witch People exploded on me. remembering my last ban i quick said sorry however sarcastic it was meaningful and did not do it again i will admit to however a bit sour over the banns i killed vaginal twice on purpose through the means of a spy (on a game about killing your opponents I mind you) afterwards i immediately got banned with others.

before going any farther I would like to make a few things clear

1. me and Infinity Are not by any means Friends

2.I do not hack by any means what so ever be it scripts or programs my default controls have only changed for my mic button

take as many demos as you want but you will not find that i hack by the simple fact that i dont

3.i am aware that some times i go off on tangents when things get rough.(currently working on that since I've met infinity)

4.I do get along with many people on the server exceptions of a few witch i believe is fine u cant expect everyone in world to get along.

now all i would like to ask is a legit reason why I am being banned mutiple times over as far as i can tell nothing and what would u have me do to fix this.

I was also affected by this ban. What I'm curious about is that on the first day that Primary was banned. Vaginal and Death were supposedly on at the same time. Now during the three days neither of the two showed up on the server. Now yesterday primary's ban was lifted and rejoined. And Death and Vaginal followed about an hour later, coincidence, perhaps?

Like Primary said, Vaginal when she died, commented: Really?

I commented in the chat, "u serious?". That was NOT directed towards Vaginal, so if that was the reason for a ban, then I believe that is not a legitimate reason.

Later on, hazmat commented on Primary and me for being immature. I replied via voice comm: "I'm going to call my mom on you. " again, not directed towards anyone. If he was simply fed up with my talking, he could've muted me. Everyone else on the team was playing like normal and didnt mind

Here was no evidence for a ban. Im taking other bans as an example. There were demos, screenshots of what happened as a reason to have that person banned. Yet for this one, I don't see a thread with demos or screenshots. So I believe that this is against ban regulations.

According to the process of banning, for me, it's safe to say that I am a victim of false accusation with no evidence.

It is unfortunate that this must start so plainly, but perhpas I can clear this up.

Four bans were issued to the following Steam ID's

We have come here to file a counter claim, as it is our belief that the ban is not only baseless, but ill founded with possible authoritarian abuse. No warning was given, no reason specified beyound Umbrella terms which have an infinite spectrum of possibilities, and can be interpreted in any way someone see's fit. Because of this, there is no way to be sure of what the banishment is for. I myself was at the Clinic for nearly 30 minutes when the ban went through. Multiple witness's on BLU at the time will certainly testify to our nature, but a few refuse to come forward for the fear that they too will be banned.

Furthermore, Gunner and I are not friends. However, Gunner has commited nothing worthy of banishment and this is his second "offense". The reason unknown, without warning or evidence. Orbit is a donator, and certianly has more at stake than the rest of us, and he too, has done nothing of an offensive nature. Nothing of any merit has been levied against myself, or Critler. Every accusation has been debunked and dismissed.

In essence, this whole thing is nothing more than a midnight trial, and demands some amount of investigation, evidence and explanation.

[ARA] Adolf Critler here. I'd like to confirm what the others are saying aswell. To me, this wave of bans was entirely unjust to all victims. But I too feel the biggest victim here is Gunner, for his second ban in a week for no reason. If you want the full account of what happened, all of the party involved were on BLU team, Death Strike was also on blu at one point and we got along fine, suddenly a player by the name of Vaginal Hubris joins the game, and then joins red. After a while, someone on Red by the name of D. says in global chat, "HUBRIS IS TALKING MAD SHIT ABOUT YOU ADOLF AND INF" see http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/594754071517842718/7625E348E5C53316B7B49A8BF87E24EABE624CF6/ At this time a good part of the BLU team erupted in laughter and somewhere in there a player by the name of Hazmat changed to red, called us immature and even going as far as calling Orbit out. After this debacle, nothing really happed, and Infinity left to go to the clinic. About 30 minutes after Infinity's leaving, without warning or ANYTHING said, Primary was kicked, then Orbit, and then I, with me to find out we were banned for 3 days afterwards. I don't remember anything said that was a bannable offense, and I couldn't know because there was absolutely no warning either. If this was about Hubris, she has been at this for a while now, and was most likely responsible for getting PrimaryGunner banned the first time aswell. None of us are newcomers, and all of us are practically regulars of the server, I've played with Climhazzard and Death Strike before with no problems whatsoever, which is why this ban wave surprises me. This will likely not earn me friends on either side of this, but I feel like throwing in my account, as I was actually on the BLU team when all this went down.

I won't begin to claim to be unbiased on this, since Vaginal and myself have butted heads as well but I will try to not let it color any of my accounts.

As things went that night, BLU team had admittedly been talking crap in regards to Vaginal, over voice chat, which ranged from accounts of individual run ins that people had in the past with her, to laughing at anyone that died to her. I too was joining in actually, making fun of Infinity when he'd died with her assisting in his death. I didn't personally see this as anything out of the normal for the server though as it seems like almost any really rambunctious night on EITHER team usually finds someone to latch onto and talk about. Normally it's directed at males though and sorry for calling you out like this, Death, but I've heard you also join in and shit talk several people, the same way we had been about Vag. The only difference I can see is that she's a woman, which seems silly and maybe there is another reasoning behind it that I'm not privileged to, in which case I apologize, but I can only state what I see.

The issue really seemed to start when Hazmat didn't enjoy the words being shared and joined RED instead. Now, I am friends with Hazmat, which might not be the case after posting this, but things got bad when he got on RED and then called out Primary and Infinity in text chat. Now that actually confused me, as, like myself, Primary was just kind of chipping in small death taunts and laughing, but wasn't really starting anything that -I- personally heard. Granted I was more focused on trying to keep my sentry gun alive against constant ubers so I could have missed who was talking. The next issue I saw was when D. who was on RED called out to Infinity that Vaginal was talking shit about them.

Now, I was not on RED, I can not even begin to pretend to know if this was true or not, but I CAN state that in the past, having seen Vaginal and Infinity on a team together, they butt heads and Vaginal is just as vocal and aggressive as Infinity. She is in no way defenseless against his verbal barrage and if there is one good thing I can say about her, she's not meek and she'll give as good as she gets. I also have no doubt that she had plenty of words to say against him to the other team as, like myself, she's a talker and uses the game to sometimes spew her worries/angers/whatever to whatever team she's on. I personally see this as just part of playing a fighting game online. People are dicks and as long as they aren't griefing in ways that make the game unplayable physically, it just seems like the norm. I've been on the terrible end of Orbit's spy attacks where he focuses just me, but I grit my teeth and just keep playing quietly until he gets bored, normally getting a teammate to help spycheck for a while.

As for the comment with the 'Really?' I was dead at the time she posted it, as was she, but came back to life immediately after, so I don't know what it was in regards to, or if she typed any sort of follow up. I saw a few people say 'Really' in reply and I did SEE (edited from 'say') a 'u srs?' or something, but it did fall in line just after a comment over voice that it Could have been to, was it? I can't tell you that, I don't begin to know what the hell goes on in Critler's head and don't want to.

The biggest issue I see is no one was warned, in fact, by the time bans went out, everyone had actually moved on and we were bad mouthing Infinity, calling him a dick and stuff because he had just left for the doctor's and couldn't hear us. Though he is a dick, and he knows this, so I doubt we were saying anything he would be shocked by. Which is why I sort of see the whole thing as just 'another day', everyone talks bad about everyone else and I'm sure my name has been used as a curse a few times too, because I'm an opinionated pain in the ass (as you can see in this post).

I think this was handled badly, I apologize Death, I feel you are a friend and don't want to lose you as one, but I also think this wasn't the way to do what you wanted to do. The fact that you banned and then came over to scold the rest of BLU team after the fact was kind of unneeded as well, if you felt we needed to be warned like that, then we probably should have been on the ban list as well, if not then you shouldn't have made us feel threatened. I think most of the time you are a good mod and admin, I just think your judgement might have been clouded a little bit in this situation.

So that was my two cents, I'm sure it will get me some backlash, but I enjoy playing on Lotus server too much to let it devolve into this arguing without facts and a (semi) impartial retelling of how it went down. Sorry for all the personal opinions mixed in with the recount.
