Its so that if you do the !calladmin you can get a free striptease from whatever admin comes first. You do have to pay them though. Admins arent cheap. Mana makes sure to hire the ugliest and meanest admins. Its hard finding those now days. Normally 5-10 keys will subdue them enough that you wont get banned for using !calladmin and not having a reason why.
