I don´t know how to use that TF2 shop. Minia said they changed their system and I can´t sell it there. Damn. Wonder how much would they offer... At this point I just want to sell it.

To be able to sell the hat it looks to me like you now have to apply with the major help of a reputation system such as SourceOP which in this case is out of the question since you are not a major cash trader, you simply wish to cash out one hat.

 

As for SourceOP despite it being a great reputation website to buy or sell items through Paypal your choice of not using Paypal due to the risks puts SourceOP like TF2Shop.net, out of the question.

 

For now, I think you will have to do as you told me and will have to wait for a viable buyer to come along and purchase your hat using the secure system of your choice which is Western Union as I originally suggested Or go along some quickbuyers and quicksell your unusual for buds to a well reputated and verified user and then exchange your buds to cash.

 

Of course you are still able to come back to SourceOP if you choose so to be able to sell your unusual through Paypal to reputated and verified users, make sure that if you use SourceOP the buyer has a public steam profile and has a reasonable amount of cash trades. Also, many users try and act as if they are a SourceOP user and will impersonate all sorts of people such as Kayann, Katniss, Strife etc... Make sure that their profiles steamID64 matches their steamID64 shown on their SourceOP account.
