Some more menu stuff, some ingame fixes

Changelog:

Beta 4:

Ingame:

- Fixed the red team state background in tournament setup beeing invisible in minmode 1

- Removed Killstreak label and repositioned streak count for minmode 1

- Removed one unnecessary chargebar for the huntsman

Store:

- Changed Add to card button colors in fullscreen preview to match the window preview colors

- Changed the closebutton in item preview window in the store from a white circle to a grey quadrat

Items:

- Added a search bar in item selection screen

- Changed design of next and previos page buttons in item selection screen

- Changed current page label color in item selection screen from white to orange

- Added an background for the decal tool window

Main Menu:

- Changed the Button Explination BG in main menu from grey to a half transparent black and made corners round

- Made MotD and Notification Button Corners in Main menu round

- Added 5 new main menu backgrounds

Bugs:

- Chargebar for the huntsman says "BOMB" instead of "BOW"

- Mainmenu background doesn't cycle betwen 6 images, but allways uses the same

You should add this to huds.tf

I heard some stuff that the guy who created yahud had some problems with copyright or something because of fonts and since I use the same fonts and sourcefiles I don't know if I should post it public.

Futura for pretty much all the texts and some fonts for symbols, crosshairs and stuff like this

These should be all fonts, names might not be original names though:

Also there's a diffrence betwen a thread in a logged in users forum and a well known, quite good promoted website for huds only imo. :D

After many months I finally reached a point where I'd call this project "finished". Of course there are still a few things missing, but most of it is finished.

I will of course continue working on the hud and release small fixes. I will update this asap if Scream Fortress 2014 adds new HUD elements.

I uptaded the OP and replaced all screenshots so all of them are up to date now. Download link is in OP aswell.

 

Soo here we go, changelog v1 

 
Ingame
- Added a new scoreboard. (Old scoreboard is still available as scoreboard_old.res in resource/ui. Rename it to scoreboard.res to reinstall it)
- Added red and blue lines above team timers in koth
- Added a teamcolored line above round timer
- Made Damage text for hud_combattext 1 bigger and changed color to white
- Changed Killstreak count text alignment from east to west to support bigger killstreaks than 99
- Added a pulse effect for the health cross when player is low on health
- Added a pulse effect for ammo count when ammo is low
- Made healthcross Background 1px wider on the left to make make healthcross centered
- Added a transparent red screen for low health and a transparent green screen for beeing overhealed
- Reduced charge bar height from 8 to 3
- Removed charge bar labels
- Changed alpha value of killfeed to 200
- Moved "Setup" and "Waiting for players" labels in upper right corner
- Recolored and redesigned chat window
- Repositioned chat window to lower left corner
- Added a green flash effect for the uber chargebar
- Change alpha value of target id to 200 
- Redesigned 6s scoreboard and reduced it to playerlists, score and k:d
- Repositioned server timelimit label for minmode 1
- Repositioned "Waiting for players" and "Setup" Labels for minmode 1
- Repositioned round timer label for minmode 1 and made it smaller
- Moved targetiddata below name (uberpercentage, building upgrade progress etc.)
- Changed the targetid background to one consistend color
- Added a minmode winpanel
- Redesigned Arena Player count
- Added an arena winpanel
- Redesigned Arena Player count
- Added a arena minmode winpanel
- Redesigned the Tournament spectator screen
 
Menus:
 
- Redesigned Teammenu
- Resized Random and Loadoutbutton in Classmenu
- Changed text color in motd and mapinfo screen from 227 227 227 to 255 255 255 (white)
- Extended width of motd and mapinfo screen headlines to support all headlines
- Added a small space betwen the three class types offensive, defensive and support in class menu
 
Main Menu:
- Added a JBHUD label in the main menu
- Added version number visible when you aim hud label in main menu.
- Added player avatar in main menu
- Reshaped and repositioned alert and notification buttons in main menu
- Recolored sourche engine elements to 0 0 0 200 to fit in hud style
 
Helloween:
- Removed spell background (hightower event)
- Repositioned spell icon (hightower event)
- Changed font and repositioned spell count (hightower event)
- Increased size and removed Wheel of Doom effect icon (Lakeside event)
- Reduced height of Boss health bar from 8 to 3 (Mountainlab event, Viaduct event, Lakeside event)
 
MvM:
- Added an unfinished mvm scoreboard
- Started working on other MvM elements

Thinking about redoing main menu..

what do you think?

I wish there were some elements like dota or csgo has them: Friends online, stuff on store etc. All we can do is add our name and avatar lol

If I decide to do it in tf2 I will restructure the buttons in the lower right corner

I couldn't find the gear symbol so options button is an image not a font. I need to finally learn how vtfs work to make the shadows work in tf2, but everything else is pretty easy to do.

just takes about a day or so if you need to restart everytime xD

also, I know that the four buttons on top are 10px off center. I positioned them by eye and didn't check.

Any idea how I could position the buttons/labels outside the transparent grey background? (not the home/items/bundles/maps things)

If you're talking about the class emblems - try making them brighter and making the background (dark squarey bit) the same colour as the grey background

Lol, i've switched from HUD to HUD for the past couple of months. I've settled on rqysHUD for now, but I just might download this one. It looks clean and sleek. Good job
