IndominusRex 13 #1 Posted October 7, 2006 TO WHOM READING THIS TOPIC! I am not the one who made this topic, it's talush who made it. I am just the first one to post in this topic after the topic starter start this topic! SC is NOT CHEATING! I LOSE TO SC A LOT and it's really hard to counter it even I am lotus or serpent, but I can still handle it..
[LOT]rundown 3 #2 Posted October 7, 2006 It's not a cheat, it's just an overpowered BG.
Guest [LOT]Phate #3 Posted October 7, 2006 yeah it is overpowered :/ maybe if they make a new BR they can lower its range and lower its attack or a limit to how many units can have sc
Zulgaines 0 #4 Posted October 8, 2006 I'm kind of new to BR... hi. What's SC stand for?

{Dark}KaBuKI 2 #8 Posted October 9, 2006 I vote for "NO" because if thats allow in the game is not abuse. END OF THE STORY...
Sentry 0 #9 Posted October 9, 2006 Nah... I don't think SC being so powerful is the actual problem, I think the real problem is the ease of obtaining it compared to the other BGs. I think halving Sehk's health and increasing the other brother's health by 20% would be something to start on.
[ST]Outlaw 1 #10 Posted October 9, 2006 to get that battle gear i think that sehk might use 80 % his stamina ... that would make the lotus games more interesting
IndominusRex 13 #11 Posted October 14, 2006 ONly 50% Outlaw

cptheslayer 2 #14 Posted October 18, 2006 well, sc is overpowered beacuse most of us use first or second tier units that are weak against cutting, however a whole bunch of sc can kill anything. Well, of course there are ways to stop sc. If lotus does not have sc, then most of us will not use lotus cuz i think it will just sucks. Good idea to increase stamina spent for blessing a sc. maybe 80% to 90%. Oh of course, the sc range is too wide, none of the br units can have that long melee range. The range should be shortened. [{BeatZ}]-BIG_aLvZ- 5 #15 Posted October 22, 2006 not a cheat damm.... no need for am explanation goin beach now peace...
{HeRo}GeneralDS 4 #16 Posted October 22, 2006 i think its a combination of both, but who am i to say? yes its overpowered and has too wide of a range, but i think its just plain cheating to just mass SC just to score a victory that could be won in many other ways, to me if someone massed SC then the game is in the bag for them hands down...and if they have DC with it then there is almost no counter if any for it, even mug would have trouble getting thru them, i mean chances are that by the time u hit the hotkey for battlegears like mug to activate that SC will have cleared them out before they even use it...so its an abused cheat...and dont even start getting on my case with what i say, i have had enough of it and i dont want to deal with it any longer...now if u dont mind i am going to try to play knight online that is if the servers are not overloaded so long cursed souls of the darkness... cptheslayer 2 #17 Posted October 23, 2006 knight, you donno know what you are talking about. you need not to press mug when you get close to lotus. you can press mug b4 and then run ur muggers in. do not send a mugger in. send a whole abunch at the same time. BloodyMary 0 #18 Posted January 10, 2007 it's no cheat, don't say anything is a cheat just for the simple reason you can't handle it!
{Dark}CoolGuy 1 #19 Posted January 10, 2007 First of all the made sc in game because they thought people will play fair and not abuse. But nowdays they don't care about having fun all they do is abuse and want to win. If the people who made br knew this they woundn't had put sc. Also about 2 to 4 years ago all people use to make was 2 to 3 dc not more than that and nowdays they abuse all bg the bg.
{HeRo}GeneralDS 4 #20 Posted January 10, 2007 look...i did use a lot of muggers and they all died before they could use the preset bg, sc owned them...but SC can be stopped from a distance as long as they have no DC...just get arah and a lot of archers and try to attack from a distance to nail them ^.^
Speedy 11 #21 Posted January 11, 2007 ...But they wouldn't just stand there and let you nail them. They would rush over and SC you, and if they have Issyl there is no chance of escape for the Archers.
IndominusRex 13 #22 Posted January 11, 2007 That's how bad a dragon to play against lotus
cptheslayer 2 #23 Posted January 11, 2007 in a very big map, loseing all your units in the middle of the map does not mean anything when fight against lotus. Just need to divide your units into a few different groups. Run them around and hit and run and burn. Lotus will be nothing.
Speedy 11 #24 Posted January 11, 2007 The Lotus depend on the group strategy for their power, if they become seperated they lose that power. In a large map against Dragon I think the best thing for Lotus to do is to leave half of it's army behind, and take the other half to attack the Dragon base. But if the Dragon player makes use of all the available resources on the map, they can quite easily construct multiple smaller bases rather than a single powerful one. In this case, the Lotus player could spend hours chasing the Dragon around the map trying to wipe him out, and all it takes is 50 rice and one peasant for him to run off and start again. On a small map such as the commonly used Freedom, it is extremely hard for Dragon to beat Lotus in a long or short game, as the Lotus doesn't have to worry about the Dragon escaping as there is only two available resource bases.
{HeRo}GeneralDS 4 #25 Posted January 13, 2007 that is very true...hehe an easy way to keep the enemy from rebuilding is to place a couple of units near a patch of rice and do that with most of your force, then even dragon would be unable to escape, because all rice patchs will be guarded o.O
