The only anime I watched (besides pokemon and digimon), was Deathnote. I LOVEDLOVEDLOVEDLOVEDLOVED L:

Since Mika was saved by her Death God, does that mean she is now immortal? Because she doesn't have a time to die?

Misa got her life span expanded after her Death God (Rem) turned to dust. At the end of the series, shortly after Light's death, you can see Misa on top of a ledge of a tall building, although is not shown, is possible to assume that she committed suicide.

There are literally hundreds you can watch, it all comes down to your tastes, and the genre you're looking for.

Check my anime list (link in my signature), order the animes I watched by score, anything 7 or above is worth a watch, I've watched over 150 (TV, Movies, OVAs, etc), so you have plenty to choose from.

Or just check my anime spotlight (also present on my signature), Attack on Titan is there as well this week , I keep my anime spotlight updated and I include my personal overall scores (based on story, characters, sound, animation/art and enjoyment), so there's always something new there.
