Kasedo 1 #1 Posted October 5, 2006 i have been looking forward to this since 1 year and at last i got i should say i could go inside any br files so i was thinking i could make some changes and try it out maybe new colors new buildingds better resistance on buildings better upgrades and stuff like but i have to try it if gamespy if it doesn't let me play with my info i guess i should make my own private server for battle realms soo i'm looking forward to make battle realms better but i work too so i don't think i won't have too much time to edit and stuff it should take some time meanwhile... anyone that have experience for gaming scripts pls pm me getting server is not free from what i know soo by the way kabuki u reading this man call me i gotta talk to ya (i'm not quite sure if this is gonna work i hope it does... i won't promise anything until i see is well fix and it works ) here a pic of how i could edit stuff EDIT:(i forogt to say this this is only a script program i got another program which let me inside buildings and any object base on games) Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

smphang 0 #7 Posted October 5, 2006 Uhmmn.... this is probably out topic. do you think you can decipher the relative strength of each units and heros? for example, the melee damage of grayback is stronger than otomo, but by how much? obviously the final damage will be affected by your opponent's armour value, but perhaps one can show the "raw" strength first, and perhaps using a weak unit like peasant strength as base. i.e. peasant damage strength=1. i think this will settle once and for all which unit is stronger... Sounds and 3D modeling are all possible heck me and my uncle got lightwave(3D modeler) and I'm getting some virtual sound synthesizers and studio programs for my uncle and his friend out in vegas for their studio. BR have been pirated like hell but this disadvantage can be turned into a huge advantage for liquid by making a new kenji's journey or making any independent single player missions so that we can turn a big market attention to it. this can be the first steping stone for the possibility of a BR 2. {HeRo}GeneralDS 4 #18 Posted October 8, 2006 Hmm this sounds like it will be a very good idea...maybe make the different buildings with different defence ratings, like have a peasant hut very easy to destroy but a keep or watchtower very hard to take down...and maybe make the training buildings and the Town Squares/Wolfball Courts somewhere in the middle... now that would be something cool lol... also make buildings like Warlock Tower, Dragon Monument, Necromancer Throne semi hard to destroy and the wolf battlegear buildings (Shalery and Cairn) between the training buildings and the other forementioned 3 buildings... maybe this will make some buildings more worthwhile to build and make it harder for those buildings to be torn down during contruction like i have had done to me several times lol Doesn't everyone hate it when they try building a keep or tower and the enemy just runs in and smashes it b4 it gets finished?
