I am playing or trying to play the part were Kinji has to eliminate all 3 clans, Wolf, Lotus & Serpent. Every time i go and attack the Wolf the Lotus destroys half my settlement. Any Advice would be greatly appreciated.

When I played that mission, building my base on top of the mountain and raiding the lower land for rice helped me win that god-damn difficult mission. Maybe if you try that it will help.

He's talking about the Return of the Serpentholm level. Yes try what Sinophile saids. Try not to let all of your armies attack.

~Also~ Try use Auto save and Auto load features of the game = Control+S and Control+L

when i was playing that mision i run with all my soldiers too lotus base and make there my village and destroyed lotus and then made army and attacked wolf

Well what you could do is make like 5 geisha and leave 2 at your base with about 3 samurai and 2 archers.

Then carry your main army to attack the lotus and once things are under control there and your base is under attack run back with half your main army, wipe that wolf army out then return to lotus base.

The thing is you need to leave a few of the toughest units pertaining to the wolf clan to defend, and by letting your geisha watch the fight( must be fully upgraded to be very useful) they will automatically heal a unit like 4 or 5 different times, leaving most of your base in tact when you return.

I played as serpent on that map and only had the wolf and dragon to fight as I killed off the lotus by then.

When fighting wolf ronin and musketeers with a few raiders is the way to go. That is after you upgrade them to resist blunt and piercing attacks.

what i did is pure samurai/ronin (for serpent mission)... .. every kenji's journey mission... i always do pure samurai /ronin( for serpent)^^ because it's easier.... i think i do not need strategy for this . i send 3/4 of my army to attack first the weakest clan.(either serpent or dragon). and attack lotus/wolf later... split the attack force to two, destruct the defenders while the half of your force pawns their economy... then destroy their watch towers first... after the first clan destroyed i get them to my base.. then get ready for the next invasion... destroy the lotus/wolf(this depends if you are serpent/dragon) at will!!

just attack the people, don't mind the watchtowers. first, attack all peoples and in the same time, click on the building and press Ctrl+d+d it very cool!

thats an cheat years ago when i had version 1 in the last level with dragon i made 1 ninja and used ctr+d, for the buildings, lol

lol, i went to the rice field on the far left and found it pretty easy.. also a trick/cheat i used, depending on how you view the world, is that i put max game speed when no attacks are on, and im building up my army, but when im getting rushed or attacking the eney, i slow it right down, in order to make the micromangement that littlebit eaiser. also, i've said it before, but you can change the diffuclty of the missions in the options menu (i personaly didn't use the last one )"

Serpent? I remembered I only fight against two clans; Lotus and Wolf.

Just put some level 3 warrior like samurai, kabuki or dragon warrior about 5-6 as the town guardian, quick save, then command your main army to attack either Lotus or Wolf encampment. Those 5-6 warrior are able to at least hold on the ground if the enemy that attacking your base is too many.
