xStil 0 #380 Posted October 24, 2008 Ok, I've already been welcomed, but I haven't introduced myself...I am xStil. I was born in Bulgaria, but moved to Canada about 4.5 years ago. I found BR while rummaging through my old CDs and loved it! I also have Drakan OoF, Re-Volt, Mortal Kombat 4, Worms World Pary, Star Craft, G-TOK and other primarily old games. Ive used quite a few names since the days of 'The Barracks' but think my Cobra alias was probably the most known especially among most players that still play. (To anyone that was familiar with Cobra - I couldn't play for a year and half because I was busy developing a house and had no permanent internet connection to play. So Cobra and the few other Cobra members I gamed with disbanded). Anyway... have been meaning to join your forums which I must say are great. Very nice work. I have been reading posts here and there so am familiar with the latest info now available on developing the game not that I will try and create any mods myself. I personally think they should be left to the experts. Was disappointed to see my alias already registered here for some reason. It wasn't me. So I have had to resort to adding 'True' to my name. (I'm turning 2nd year college now, btw.) I recently had my brother download the game from the internet just last month (I think), because I suddenly felt nostalgic for BR. I know Warcraft 3 is all the rage now, I have tried playing it once, but didn't find it as amusing as Battle Realms. I'm actually surprised these forums are still alive. In my eyes this game is one of the best strategy game ever and it will be one of the best in the future. My life for Prince Kenji! I started playing Battle Realms about 2 years ago or something like that and played the game for ages. Then my computer broke and I got a new computer but I had new games to play as well and left Battle Realms for a while.
